Are you afraid of what she might say if she saw? You can't experience holistic healing and improvement by keeping secrets. The insights she might gain by reading your posts and interactions could very well be life-changing for the better, but that would require you to go out of your comfort zone. I think the best thing you could do for your own well-being is getting uncomfortable with your therapist. That's where the true change comes from. -

She's coming around though since I've given my nephew more attention, she never wanted to learn chess before I taught it to him. It will depend on the importance of the “facts.” My sons interest in math was ended prematurely in 8th grade when a math teacher asked if any of their parents knew Calculus. My son raised his hand and she asked what I did. He told her I was a security guard.
Her answer was inappropriate: “He must not know Calculus then.” in front of the class.
I went in to see her and the principal - the facts were set straight.
Sometimes challenging such assumptions are more important than the consequences - it is a case by case judgment.
