Are you afraid of what she might say if she saw? You can't experience holistic healing and improvement by keeping secrets. The insights she might gain by reading your posts and interactions could very well be life-changing for the better, but that would require you to go out of your comfort zone. I think the best thing you could do for your own well-being is getting uncomfortable with your therapist. That's where the true change comes from.

Every post I make is a cry for help. People in my life know I have mental heathledger problems but we don't talk about depression much. I might pull a meatloaf and start going to NA/AA meetings again
