a neat thing i learned recently is that our vibration frequency is DRASTICALLY different until we are about 7 years old.
In essence, in that time, it's when we are programmed, like ..in the Matrix for example. The things we learn and feel and experience in that time sort of develop what becomes our subconscious.

The idea is to rewire ourselves and yes I know that isn't a new concept but its fucking interesting and cool as fuck that we can actually do it.

I mean OF COURSE it's a natural emotion and of course everyone is gonna be angry sometimes, but when its sort of a pillar of who you are, it just really isn't good for yourself or anyone around you.
Nobody ever says oh hey I wanna go hang out with that guy who is always passed off about things. Lol.
