It is very helpful at least to me to hear some of this positive reinforcement and the fact that y'all can empathize with the feelings. For realziez.
M8 im in the mediocrity shit show too, and I may be for the foreseeable future, but im gonna get the fuck out of it one way or another. Its crazy to me how just some very simple little things throught the day can have such a big impact, and it usually seems to snowball in a positive way which makes it that much better.
It also makes me very happy to see you and other people also doing at least marginally better in relation to these bouts of depression and even borderline suicidal thoughts. I can't relate to the physical pains that you personally have dealt with but I hope that that is improving somewhat for you.
A big thing for me is needing accountability so apologies in advance if my faggot-tier life updates like this are cringe and obnoxious (they are) but I do much better when im putting myself out there and not isolating, even if that means just forcing myself to make some posts online when I don't necessarily want to.

Lol I'm trying but I don't think its mania. I'm just genuinely trying to do some new things and I've been listening to a lot of helpful stuff online to try and incorporate in me loife. I don't know what the fuzz is going on. I just went for an hour walk by myself down the big fancy path where all the REGULARS go. I smiled and said hi to every person I passed even if they weren't even acknowledging me.
I've made my bed every day this week (wtf?).

I'm at at a 1450 ELO basically which isn't great but I can definitely win against people that don't understand the fundamentals. I'm getting much better at my openings and WAY better at my middle game.
