If they were a complete stranger that you never heard of, and they approached you at a bar, would you sleep with them even if they were boring, or even down-right obnoxious/abrasive?

If yes, they are physically beautiful, and thus worthy of posting here.

If not, they might just be people you admire. That's fine, but that's for a different thread.

The people I find physically beautiful, and the people I admire, are almost entirely mutually exclusive.

Okay, these two make sense. That's in the spirit of the thread.

The rest, you're just talking about either symbols of beauty (such as old couples holding hands), or just people of exemplary/admirable character (such as the Dalai Lama, Thomas Edison, etc).

OTOH I guess just having a BMI below 35 makes you an automatic 10/10 in America.

Just because they're all below a certain BMI does not mean that's the only criterion.

How in the world are Charlize Theron, Veronica Lake, and Audrey Hepburn not exceptionally attractive?

Like, beauty is subjective to some extent, but there are certain objective standards of beauty that pretty much everyone can agree on (barring any fetishes, kinks, or other aberrant/abnormal sexual proclivities).

What kind of tea? I assume it's decaffeinated...

Chamomile is supposed to be calming and sleep-inducing. Other than that, I don't know of any that are known for such effects.

For the record, I came clean to him shortly thereafter. There's no way I could just hang out with the guy and suppress what actually happened.

Either you're a sociopath, a complete dick, or you've never actually been in a situation that gave you the opportunity to do such a thing.

I slept with a friends' girlfriend many years ago, and I felt horrible about it. Heck, it still bothers me from time to time and it was close to 15 years ago.

I know. We all call him Alex, but his full name (like I mentioned, it's been Anglicized/Westernized) is Oleksander (sp?). And I'm aware of the Sasha alternative.

The Sanya alternative, however, I was not aware of. I might use it some time and see how he reacts.

A lot of popular names, though, have one common source, usually either Greek or Semitic/Hebrew. Like Joe/Joseph/Guiseppe/Jose/Jessie/etc all come from the same source (Joseph).

Oh, and also, I've never heard of Ukranians really being Pollacks...

I'm not doubting you, I just never heard of that. It's interesting.

I don't know much about Eastern Europe's history really, other than "Rus", who apparently had Scandinavian origins.

But then so did Scotland in a way... The Vikings invaded the British Isles (mainly Scotland) around 800 AD, and so I know that through my Scottish lineage (just one portion... I'm a North American mutt descended from a variety of European nationalities) is also influenced by Scandinavian history.

Even though I personally don't hope for that, I can kinda see where she might be coming from.

You brag all the time about being a sociopath. You need therapy, man.

Heck, part of me doesn't even believe you're a full-blown sociopath, just a bit messed up (which can be fixed - with therapy, and possibly medication).

You've expressed an interest in hurting people, but not animals, for one example.

I mean, one of your go-to anti-social acts that you promote is keying cars. It's an act that is definitely antisocial and will piss just about anyone off, but on the spectrum of horrific acts human beings are capable of, it's pretty tame.

I think you still have a chance.

But if you don't go out and make that effort to get help, then there will come a point where even my patience will run out, and I'll be hoping for your incarceration along with everyone else.

Hey, man, you're preaching to the choir here.

I feel absolutely gross after even just one full day of meth use.

When it leads to all-nighters and all that, it just gets exponentially worse.

But what if, hypothetically speaking at least, you were able to stay well hydrated, nutritionally satiated, and even maintain a steady sleep schedule, all combined with daily meth use?

It's incredibly difficult, but not impossible. There are very potent/effective sleep aids out there.

You just have to be resourceful, and maybe even a bit creative/strategic.

And nutrition can be just as feasible - there are meal replacement beverages that have all the nutrients you need (carbs, proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc). And drinking water isn't exactly a serious challenge, no matter how twacked you are.

No argument from me here for the most part.

However, what about GABAergic drug withdrawals?

I have been through both opiate and GABAergic withdrawals, and I would characterize them very differently:
-- Opiate withdrawals are absolutely horrible, but you know it's not going to kill you.
-- Benzodiazepine withdrawals seem to be less horrible, but potentially more dangerous. I started having muscle spasms and/or seizures that were, while intermittent (allowing me to function properly without running to dose myself like opiate withdrawals would do), they were kinda frightening.
