    I'm generally not really a fan of the horror genre but I love the Scream franchise because it's meta as fuck and actually a pretty self-referential parody, which is even more ironic when you take the Scary Movie franchise into consideration.
    
    And then there's the whole View Askewniverse crossover which takes it to yet a whole other level.
