In all honesty most people who've been in multiple treatment programs could be generally labeled as manipulators. I think it just kinda comes with the territory. I remember my mom calling me a "master manipulator" when I was teen because all the ways I can twist words and make it seem like everything was their fault or someone else's fault and nothing was ever my fault. These tendencies tend to coincidence with narcissists and addicts.
This lady has likely dealt with thousands of people who know how to play the game and say what they need to say to get what they want, as is pretty standard for people in those types of positions- counselors, therapists, probation officers, etc.
I have no doubt that Bradley Bee has some manipulative tendencies and who knows maybe she writes that on every persons file by default because it's more than likely true.
At the same time it isn't necessarily a bad thing andnits just how some personalities are, just like a sales person could be considered to have a manipulative personality. It might be annoying but it isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I think Hillary knew she lost too but claimed they cheated to win. Same with Trump. Now the precedent has been set that basically every election could very well be rigged and no matter who wins, it probably wasn't fair. Every election is gonna be this from now on in some form or another.

While he is certainly "smart" in many aspects of his life, he's very much a moron, who could've EASILY won re-election if he would've just bit his tongue on certain things. He just couldn't do it. Ah don't sell yourself short Matty P, sure I'd go to a Tool show with you or any show for that matter. You're definitely intriguing enough and I honestly would love to know what you're like in real life- including your facial expressions and mannerisms and just your general personality.
If you're gonna be overly obnoxious, which I doubt you would, maybe I'd not prefer to see Tool with you but something a little less.. serious..for lack of a better term, but if knew you weren't going to be embarrassing or do something extremely fucked up, I'd most def see Tool with you. I'd wanna do a warm up show like Fire House at the local RibFest just to test the waters and see how much drugs and alcohol you were on in order to comfortably meet me.
