My best guess would be by post count typically, but sometimes overriden for some non-quantitative reason. -

-- A whole lot of Yung Bloods, followed by a few dozen Houstons, African Astronauts, and Tuskegee Americans.
-- Six victims of incest, four motherfuckers, two space niggas.
-- The remaining all have unique user titles.
The following table depicts the user titles sorted by average posts per user:

-- I assumed this was the way user titles were assigned, as it's generally the most logical choice with internet forums (aside from custom titles, regardless of post count).
-- However, there are strange patterns in the data that defy this particular method of user title designation.
The next table sorts user titles by average-posts-per-day-per-user, so basically, a measure of how frequently one posts:
Conclusions drawn:
-- Users with unique titles tend to have higher post frequencies.
-- African Astronauts are the only type of user to somewhat defy the pattern, perhaps indicating a certain degree of ambition to reach a higher posting frequency once one has achieved "African Astronaut" status.
The following table depicts the average duration of membership as correlated with user titles:

The whole fentanyl thing is what makes it a crisis.
I'll be the first person in a room to start arguing for how harmless heroin is (NOT ACCOUNTING FOR ADDICTION AND A VARIETY OF OTHER PROBLEMS).
But the introduction of fentanyl into heroin, and even other drugs in some locations, has resulted in a serious crisis.
I'd call it a "fentanyl crisis" though, or an "impurities in drugs on the black market crisis".
It's time they legalize them all, and create a set of quality standards like the FDA.
Then, the so-called 'opiate crisis' will be over.

Opiates are so bad. They're basically the OMG-HAX of the human experience.

Opiates really are pure euphoria.
I have severe (medically diagnosed) anxiety and various other psychiatric disorders.
Some drugs, like alcohol, can put a mild dent in these disorders.
But not opiates.
With opiates, EVERYTHING is copacetic.
I once, as an experiment, tried to intentionally induce an anxiety/panic attack in myself while on opiates, and I just could not even come close. I went through a list of my 'triggers' over and over, and yet no response.
There was also this time I felt like I had taken too much and I was overdosing.
