I had to google cornision.
The fact that it was likely a typo and it's actually cornichon confused me even further.
I admittedly have never heard of the term.
TIL...
PS:
Even 'cornichon' gets red squiggly lines - it autocorrects to "chronic".
Holy shit, "autocorrects" autocorrects to either 'auto corrects' or 'auto-corrects'.
My world is officially turned upside down today. -

Originally posted by WellHung Feeling more depressed… or suicidal.. although statistically rare… is a potential side effect of taking Lexapro… or any SSRI. I'm surprised you were not made aware of that by your psychiatrist. It's also listed as one of the possible side effects in the information packet that came with your script. Moving forward… it would be best for you to familiarize yourself as much as possible with any medication ur putting into your body. 👍
I mean, I'm very well aware of many of the effects of SSRI's.
I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, and even though my main academic focus wasn't clinical psych, I obviously took a bunch of required classes on the topic. That, and my general interest in psychopharmacology has resulted in me knowing quite a bit about the effects of various psychiatric medications.
The increased suicidal ideation (and action) thing is typically only seen in the first few weeks of treatment from what I recall. I've been going for a couple years now.
But having said that, again, I thank you for bringing up a point that I just didn't even consider, even though I really, really should have, all things considered.
You're right that people generally should be more informed about any drug they take, especially daily, and maybe I should admit that, despite being formally educated (at least at the undergraduate level) in psychology, there is still a lot I don't know, and there is new research coming out every year.
You've inspired me to get back into the science journals to gain more insight. -

That he is.
Maybe you've already seen it, but this is him, allegedly 'high on LSD' live on TV.
Either it's true, and he's a peculiar individual.
Or he's doing a bit where he's faking being on LSD, and is thus a peculiar individual.

2018-12-13 at 3:07 AM UTC in Killing of a Sacred Deer?Deer Hunter is, admittedly, a very well-made, historical piece of true cinema.
But it is long as fuck, and my attention span gets shorted by the day, so I doubt I could ever watch it again.
I did watch it many years ago, though.
There's a scene where they play Russian roulette while war-prisoners in Vietnam, if I'm thinking of the right movie. -

By not going over to her place just because she asked me to, especially after she started being kinda rude.
The old me would have gone, and let her walk all over me.
The new and improved gαdzooks ain't playin' her shit.
I'd rather drink alone and post on NIS.
Now that's α shit. -

I'm lucky I haven't already. Back when we was first fuckin', I hit that like 5 times a day without ever using a rubber.
After ten years without sex, you stop buying condoms to replace full boxes of expired ones.
Still though, I should have bought some after the first day. -

Originally posted by totse3.com Oh, you mean the Sacred Deer? yeah, he has special powers or convinces the Doctor his family will all die (like from ebola) and bleed out of their eyes and unless the doctor or someone else kills one of the family members then it will continue. so if someone kills a member of the family, it will stop?
Yeah it was something like that. I have a short attention span so I rarely make it through an entire movie without becoming distracted with some other task.
I watched it all the way through, but I was multitasking. -

2018-12-13 at 2:32 AM UTC in Killing of a Sacred Deer?I remember watching that. It was kind of a weird movie.
I barely even remember what happened in it.
It was about this crazy, psycho, stalker kid and some doctor's family that he was stalking for some reason?
I dunno. -

Originally posted by Bill Krozby hopefully that dodge caravan doesn't have electrical components to it otherwise.. it will be useless as far as transportation if an emp attack occurs. better get a schwinn bicycle or a moped.
My point was more about the fact that I learned how to get by without many modern electrical conveniences:
-- No running water.
-- No fridge, and definitely no freezer.
-- No oven/stove, and definitely no microwave.
Not to mention, I had to get by with very few items, since I had very little storage room.
You learn a lot living that way.
