Not really. Atheism proposes that there is no god, which is a philosophical position that denies taking a religious one. Egoism, on the other hand, is a valid way of philosophically examining your moral choices. Is there a specific strain of egoism that you find particularly appealing?

Yeah, it was stirnerposting and I'm not actually an egoist. Moral nihilist is probably the most fitting description. Which of course means that I think egoism is a perfectly fine philosophy to follow if one is personally inclined, as is the belief that we have an obligation to stop eating meat. But I wouldn't use the word truth in the context of moral philosophy since these are rather arbitrary constructs.

Didn't watch clip, because i already know what this is. This is a hologram.
You will, when your brain expires become one with the absolute. Perception will remain but thought is no more due to the restrictive nature of it. Thoughts can only exist within certain range of frequencies. And as you lose your brain, you lose your ego, you lose your free will, and you lose your ability to turn thoughts into reality. That is the harsh reality of things. However, its not all about losing things.. As you become one with the absolute, you also become one with everything else. All perceiving and all knowing. Unimaginable amounts of information about the worlds and experiences from other passed away individuals will be instantly retrieved at will.
I find it hard to imagine existing in a world without thought or free will though, but i don't see why it should be an unpleasant experience just because i don't get it.
