as a real anarchist I am forced to face my morals directly and must deal with terrorists and child molesters without government help or else I am a hypocrite.

Instead I look to the heavens for answers and God definitely says it's cool to kill those people

His theories on technology and society were definitely spot on but I agree it was wrong to kill people who had nothing to do with his ideology. I think he probably did that because when you are sickened by society who exactly should you go after? As much as I hate what our world is coming to I definitely don't want to murder innocent people in the name of trying to draw light to what's wrong with society.

Most people are happy with our little fucked up world anyways.

But I will gladly make anything these ZOOMERS want that think it will grow their brain lactimals and glutomates, sure whatever as long as it doesn't use restricted chemicals to manufacture

So I admit I bought a box from CyberPower recently and have been pretty happy with it. First time I've ever done it, always operated by the principle that real men assemble their own computers and having someone else do it is a sign of moral weakness. But this one was a work machine and I didn't want to expense each part separately, and didn't want to spend the time doing the assembly, so figured since I was spending someone else's money then let's just do it. I did the deal where you pick the parts and they assemble, for each piece they did have a "mystery meat whatever's cheap and in stock" option, but you could pick specific brands/models, usually at some (fairly reasonable) upcharge.

I mean yes, you do pay for the service and your selection of parts is more limited, I'm sure you're paying some markup and you just generally have fewer options to control price. It's not optimal in terms of what you pay to get a working machine. But now that I'm not a broke student trying to cobble together something to play crysis in my dorm room I kinda appreciate trading cash for less research/assembly time/stress

So previously in my life (Age 19 [40 days], Age 26 [2 months]) I've used a nootropic known as Noopept.

I'm goign to give you the shortest summary of the class of drugs I can and expect there to be gaps and incorrect generalizations throughout.

Nootropics are drugs that "make you smarter" by increasing your brains effectiveness. This can range very widely with some things like Adderal and amph-stimulants also considered part of it. That's not the field I am speaking of.

THere are another type of drug that SUPPOSEDLY* make your brian function better. The most common of them being piracatam and noopept. There's a couple others such as Phinbut & uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Midafil? I think? I don't fucking know

The drug I am returning to is used in Russia as a shell shock / brain damage treatment as well IIRC a treatment for cognitive decline in teh elderly. Someone told me it increases some bullshit in the brain other people told me IT REGROWS YOUR BRAIN and another person who is probably the most qualified to give an opinion said they don't know

    Noopept.

Anyway, the reason both times I stopped taking them is because while they did increase my cognitive functions I no longer could get drunk. I would get physically intoxicated (stumbling, slurred speech, dehydrated/hung over) but I would remain physically present (About 10-20% of the feeling I'd normally get form 4 half and half mixers of vodka n juice) so being an alcoholic I quit.

Well since i Don't drink and these supplements are dirt cheap I"m gonna buy another I think it's like a 3.5g bag and do 30mg twice a day, however I'mma eyeball all this shit so it ends up being closer to 40-50mg twice a day and I will report back. THere's some other things you're supposed* to stack with these. Some vitamins or something so I'll report back and hopefully htis makes me smarter.

I would like to gain teh ability to ejaculate using mind control but I will settle for being able to read something once and memorize it rather than 3-4 times like it is now and to have more immedaite recall of short term adn long term memory.

As for the energy and like boost and you know things that sound like speed/amphetamenes I'm not really pursuing that. That's a lot of the racetams draws for other people but I think it'll be good. There was a wealth of knowledge on this in 2012 the first time based on Euphoric Knolwedge, but that site was honeypotted & shut down.

I think Erowid & Bluelight will be my resource for this.

SO yeah share things related to Noopept, Noopept Stacks & other Nootropic drugs. Including recommendations and anecdotal reports. I will keep this updated as I go from being above average intelligence to EVEN SMARTER*.

*All claims are 100% the opinion of BradleyB and other retards on the internet, FUCK THE FDA.

Also I'm looking for a source. I know many forums frown on source seeking but since this is legal I hope it's ok. The last sauce I had was brainchems or some shit like that, i'm just looking for a reputable source. This si all still very early in my adventure down this rabbit hole (again).

    LOL.

Well, several things I agree with in this thread, several I don't.

For one, Lenovo Legion laptop series are actually quite good. My wife has one and I honestly can't complain. It's a genuine beast, feels solid, and has all the bells and whistles one might want.

In the desktop arena, I personally cannot recommend buying a prebuilt gaming computer. IBuyPower, CyberPowerPC, and all of those other prebuilt systems are essentially junk. They use bottom tier motherboards, bottom tier RAM, bottom tier NVME, bottom tier liquid or air cooler, and only go mid-range on the CPU and GPU. Case is custom made in house, costs them pennies on the dollar and is usually shit.

If you are interested in a desktop gaming PC, I recommend you build it yourself. The warranty situation alone is worth it. If you build it yourself, a motherboard might have 1 year warranty, RAM - lifetime, power supply - 5 years, etc. If you buy a prebuilt, you get 1 year. That's it. Not to mention, if you build yourself, you get to customize the hardware for your needs. Also not to mention, if you build yourself, the same amount you spent on that prebuilt, you could have built a better one yourself.

Desktop gaming PCs > laptop gaming PCs > consoles.

I will agree with aldra that I think AMD is the way to go in terms of CPU. GPU is a toss up depending on game, but most will agree NVIDIA is superior. I personally use AMD, but that's just my preference.

If anyone wants help with a PC build, I will be glad to help. I do it professionally after all...

Dolphin is the standard for both GC and wii: https://dolphin-emu.org/

It’s pretty simple to download and install. Getting the ROMs (games) is a bit harder. I remember emu paradise was the place for a while: https://m.emuparadise.me/ maybe still is. I think there’s registration or some hoop you need to jump through to download but it should be fairly straight forward.

You can map the controls to your keyboard and play games just fine (things that use the wii motion control are probably less fun on a keyboard though) but if you’d like to use a GCC this thing: https://www.amazon.com/Mayflash-GameCube-Controller-Adapter-Switch/dp/B00RSXRLUE will let you do so

Folks a lot of us are poor and retarded. A guide on how to install and set up emulators would be super helpful.

I am wanting to play GameCube and Wii games specifically Zelda.

I used to use Vimms Lair however I understand that's now obsolete.

something like this if you're ok with an AMD chipset (I'd probably go with AMD if I built one considering all the problems Intel's been having, and the security concerns with IME/AMT) would probably do you fine; a 4060 is a nice midrange GPU (more than serviceable for 1080) and you can upgrade the RAM/storage/etc later if you want

IBP is popular, you can probably get something similar for cheaper if you go to microcenter or a local shop

it's mostly a preference thing; higher resolution screens are more common and look better, but they take much more powerful graphics cards to drive so the system becomes significantly more expensive.

personally I don't usually see much difference because of the price difference and games typically move fast enough that you don't notice it, but some people just want the latest and best.

  15. 1080p definitely is better for so many reasons - less graphics card intensive, so you can get faster FPS and use a cheaper card, it's much less bandwidth intensive when remoting (4k remoting is hard on the server CPU too), it's easier to standardise on so you don't have to deal with different resolutions, for instance between your laptop and your desktop and between monitors, and the monitors are much cheaper.

It makes sense to just standardise on 1080p unless you genuinely need the marginally sharper picture, like if you are doing 4k video editing or whatever.

Kaczynski was antisocial, but he was not sui generis. He had been living alone on his land in Montana since 1971, following his abrupt resignation from a tenure-track position at University of California, Berkeley. With the exception of odd jobs and letters to his brother and mother, he interacted with vanishingly few people. Absolute isolation—or, as he construed it, “autonomy”—also organized the philosophy expressed in “Industrial Society and Its Future.” There were, by the time the manifesto was written, a number of movements that he might have found sympathetic. The 1990s was a decade marked by direct-action campaigns of quasi-anarchist environmental activists at one end of the political spectrum, and the beginning of the militia movement at the other. Environmental destruction was one of Kaczynski’s main complaints, and if he never sought to join an environmental group, greens were eager to appropriate him. T-shirts with the Unabomber police sketch were a staple of late-’90s protests, and his manifesto was reprinted by any number of independent anarchist presses.

What Kaczynski wanted was to be left alone. When he found that this was impossible, he started seeking revenge on “the system” that had accomplished such a thorough enclosure that he could not, even in the wilds of Montana, live a life that was free of technology. Airplanes flew overhead; snowmobiles roared in the distance; dirt bikes rode past his cabin; the lumber mill on the neighbors’ property made constant noise; helicopters from mining companies made exploratory trips through the wilderness with dynamite. He did worry about environmental degradation and wrote letters to Earth First! journal suggesting strategies, but he seems to have worried about this primarily because it was bad for humans—whereas radical environmentalists, from early wilderness preservation efforts to Greenpeace, tended to be philosophically (and often problematically) anti-humanist. Every revolution, FC acknowledges, needs a positive ideal of some sort, and “nature makes a perfect counter ideal to the technological system for several reasons.”

I grew up enjoying James Rolfes videos on the internet but like many people stopped watching them at some point. His recent videos are fantastic and go beyond the idea of playing a mere character to do game reviews. Some people say he ruined his career and is an idiot with no talent that squandered being a youtube OG.

But all they see is the stars and money, they don't understand that James Rolfe is a filmmaker first, everything else comes second. He is a true artistic genius and I no longer see him as soon crustly oldje youtuber but instead I appreciate him as a real modern filmmaker that made it off his own laurels which is honestly more impressive than anyone in hollywood.

I could go on and on about this subject but I think this video explains his genius the best

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Rolfe
Rolfe was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on July 10, 1980.[2][1] He was raised in south New Jersey.[10][11] He is of Italian ancestry.[12] His parents bought him an audio recorder as a Christmas present sometime in the early to mid-1980s. Later, he got a camera and took photographs of him and his friends play fighting. He was inspired by The Legend of Zelda and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to create adventure stories. Rolfe also illustrated comic books, which he updated monthly. One such comic he created had a plot inspired by the video game The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.[13]

Rolfe started filming shorts in 1989, continuing this hobby into the mid-1990s.[8] He used Mario Paint for a few of his early films. His early films did not have scripts or rehearsal. However, once he started writing scripts, his friends gradually lost interest because of the pressure of trying to remember their lines,[13] which left many of Rolfe's films unfinished. He then tried his hand at action figures and puppets. The plot of The Giant Movie Director (1994) involved toys coming to life. Rolfe attended a special education school for seven-and-a-half years during his childhood. He reflected on his past, "In school, I had a rough time communicating. I went to special ed for seven-and-a-half years. I liked it, I had a good time. But socializing in general… I was a little awkward. Art always made me feel comfortable."[14]

Rolfe attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia where he studied filmmaking.[15] While in college, Rolfe met several friends that became collaborators in future projects, including Mike Matei, Kyle Justin, and Brendan "Bootsy" Castner.[15] He graduated from the University of the Arts with a bachelor's degree in fine arts in 2004.[16][17] He worked as a film editor for corporate safety and instructional videos after graduating, but quit in 2007 following the success of his Angry Video Game Nerd web series.[15]

Rolfe operated and ran an annual "haunted house" Halloween attraction out of his parents' garage (the same garage was later used in building a graveyard for his horror comedy film The Deader, the Better and again used in his film/series pilot Jersey Odysseys: Legend of the Blue Hole), using a collection of several props and antiques that he later reused multiple times in his other films

Q: What is TOTSE all about, anyway?

A: A lot of people have some weird idea that this web site is a Bad Place, a place for hackers, software pirates, and anarchists. The reason that they think this is that there are informational text files on here about hacking, piracy, and anarchy.

However, there are also text files on here that discuss politics; democratic, right wing, left wing, libertarian, communist, and everything in between, but this is not a political web site.

There are files on here that discuss Jesus Christ, Muhammed, Buddha, Crowley, John Smith, and "Bob", but this is not a religious web site.

There are files full of short stories, science fiction, humorous articles, and great works of literature, but this is not a literary web site.

There are files with information on rocketry, radio broadcasting, chemistry, electronics, genetics, and computers, but this is not a technical web site.

This web site is about INFORMATION. All sorts and all viewpoints. Some of the information you will agree with, some you will find shocking, and some you will probably disagree with violently. That is the whole point. In this society we go to schools where there is one right answer: The Teacher's. There is one acceptable version of events: The Television's. There is only one acceptable occupation: The pursuit of money. There is only one political choice to make: The Status Quo.

On this web site you are expected to make decisions all by yourself. You get to decide who and what to agree with, and why. You get to hear new viewpoints that you may have never heard before. On this web site people exist without age, without skin color, without gender, without clothes, without nationality, without any of the visual cues we usually use to discredit or ignore people who are unlike ourselves. All of these things are stripped away and the ideas themselves are laid bare.

You will change. You will transform. You will learn. You will disagree.

    You will enjoy it.

    Euro-Middle Eastern War
    Main article: Euro-Middle Eastern War

The European Commonwealth followed the United States' example when it replied to price hikes by oil exporters in the Middle East with military action. Long dependent on oil imports, European military units deployed to the Middle East in April 2052, starting an almost decade-long war for control over the region's oil deposits. The war caused oil prices to skyrocket, bankrupting many smaller nations, and caused the United Nations to implode just three months after the European Commonwealth declared war on the Middle East.[Non-game 3][Non-game 4]

The war would rage on for the next years, with nuclear exchanges that occurred in the Middle East after Tel Aviv's destruction in December 2053 provoking a global nuclear scare and raising fears of global thermonuclear war. The United States government initiated Project Safehouse in order to construct great underground Vaults to protect its population, although the project was rife with embezzlement, corruption, and mismanagement, starting with the method of financing them (junk bonds) and ending with the number of Vaults constructed (just 122, capable of protecting less than a tenth of a percent of the United States' government).[Non-game 5]

The War would come to an end in 2060 when the Middle Eastern oil fields ran dry.[Non-game 6] Both sides were reduced to ruin, with the Commonwealth fragmenting into bickering nation-states, fighting over what resources remained within its reach
