It's not a giant wall. it was made very small on purpose so that the buildings would be taller than the walls. My entire base is open 24/7 to visitors and you are free to take whatever you want from the complex. The reason everything is walled off is because i am collecting all the rarest most exotic items.
Also there is a a rail line connecting the rail duper to fonaplats house and going all the way to an end portal
