Thankfully the cop didn't freak out about it because as soon as I saw it I closed the glove box and put my hands back on the steering wheel and explained the situation

My neighbor and I drive the same exact model of car, same color, same year, everything. We both have front end damage, though mine is much worse. We're even missing the same right rear hubcap.
I got pulled over by a cop on my way home from work tonight. After running my information he said he was looking for a car that matches my car's description exactly, but it wasn't me because he could tell my damage had been there a while. This car had hit someone, drove off, and apparently the driver was driving with a suspended license.
Tl;dr: my neighbor probably hit somebody while driving with a suspended license and then ran lel
