   nah i don't think i'd do it even if i was rich/had my shit together. deep frying takes a, frankly, uneconomical amount of oil. like even if could afford the oil, i would be uncomfortable with the amount of oil being used. deep frying outside of the context of a restaurant which will be frying a TON of stuff in the oil seems wasteful as hell to me. deep frying at home would never be more than a special occasion thing. pan frying things is fine for the home chef.

   on tha real tho, as i've gotten older my ability to tolerate greasy stuff has diminished. never thought it would would happen to me, but here we are. i still like deep fried things tho like man fried chicken is good af and the method described doesn't "congeal" anything you weirdo it just lets the outside get crispier. which is like... the opposite of something that has congealed.

    PS: I recall seeing a video on Youtube where this guy went to a glory hole operated in this persons house, i cant find the video now but i remember that the video was over 20 minutes and didn't have a lot of views, and im pretty sure i recall the youtuber being asian.     I think it's just that second degree murder is first degree murder without premeditation, and if you're articulating a case for first degree murder it stands to reason you are also capable of articulating the case for the lesser charge. I'm assuming she was charged with both as separate charges (I believe the Rittenhouse case was handled similarly), but I agree it's weird if you can be found guilty of both - although it is technically true that to be guilty of first degree murder you must also necessarily be guilty of second degree murder, it kinda feels like double jeopardy at that point.
