Radio-waves basically cause tiny currents to flow in pieces of wire or other conductors, that's how they work, and everything gets affected - that's why the world around you has so much metal shielding, enhancementing capacitors, front-end diodes, twisted pair cables, and the like. -

It is clear that it is possible for the awareness to leave the body temporarily. Useful information can be learned this way. I used to be much better at doing it, but now I'm too normie.
All this stuff about shadow people and entities in the astral realm is too trippy for me. And any sort of drugs are just bad when dealing with this stuff. -

Gaslighting is when you (preferably multiple people) try to convince someone that they are mentally ill and that their recollection of previous events is faulty. /G/angstalking is when multiple people follow a person around, keeping them under surveillance. The point is usually not just to watch them, but to let them know they are being watched. /G/angstalkers will take turns watching their target, so the target questions whether they are actually being stalked or just being paranoid, and may break into in a suspects house, move stuff around, etc.
Both of these things actually do happen IRL. -
