Good breads to buy?
I never eat bread. Fortunately my ascetic years as a hikikomori allowed me to develop my detachment from food to the point where I could eat a balanced single large bowl per day, the same meal, except for small variations, and very rarely crave anything else. I was able to walk through a supermarket regularly without any craving/desire. The reason for the single large meal latter in the day is that I also do intermittent fasting. Even now I have no problem adhering to this regimen, despite smoking weed every day to try to reduce my PTSD and other ailments as much as possible before school begins.

TBH, even I’ll admit it seems odd and likely reflects some negative aspect of the self or your current life circumstances.
With Casper, I think opioid induced androgen deficiency played a large part in it. I told him a long time who that his levels were likely abnormally low and that he should be tested, but he wouldn’t listen and simply dismissed it as my current autistic obsession.
