We examined whether BOLD activity associated with a deletion variant of the ADRA2b gene coding for the α2b adrenoceptor modulates EEV in humans. Relative to noncarriers, ADRA2b deletion carriers showed higher levels of perceptual vividness, with the ventromedial prefrontal cortex (VMPFC) showing greater modulation by EEV. Deletion carriers were also more sensitive to the featural salience of the images, suggesting a more pervasive role of norepinephrine in perceptual encoding. Path analysis revealed that, whereas a simple model by which the amygdala modulated the lateral occipital complex best characterized EEV-related activity in noncarriers, contributions of an additional VMPFC pathway best characterized deletion carriers. Thus, common norepinephrine-related neurogenetic differences enhance the subjective vividness of perceptual experience and its emotional enhancement.

I developed HPPD after a binge on DOM, it's been like two years now since I've had it? I don't know. It hasn't gone away because i keep ingesting psychedelics I think. It's gotten better and worse at times. It's getting worse lately. Things are moving/breathing/waving a lot.
Maybe you should stop doing drugs and give your brain/mind time to heal, you goddamn idiot? -

Minorities continue to grow as a percentage of the population, vote for policies that are unpopular among White conservatives, in particular redistribution, Whites, the productive class, along with East Asians, who actually have household incomes around 17% higher on average IIRC, although they're a much smaller percentage of the population.
It's going to be very interesting to see how this will develop. I predict it's going to tear the country apart and democratic hubs, liberal major metropolitan areas, will implode, and become highly dysfunctional, with a strong possibility of quasi-secession in stronghold conservative strong majority White states. A unified non-hyper-partisan nation is an impossibility. Along with continuing technological development, this sets an excellent stage for the fruition of anarcho-capitalism. If not full blown, still with much weaker states, less dependence on them, and many more services previously provided by them now provided on the private market. -

The Joint Tenancy loophole is the best kept secret under Prop 13. You can literally pass the tax base on to anyone, not just parent/child.
Lets say my wife and and I want to buy your house, but don't want it reassessed. You add me on to your property as a joint tenant. Then we add my wife on as a Joint tenant. The original 2 joint tenants become "original tranferors", and my wife becomes "other than original transferor". Then the original owner deeds-off and just my wife and I remain as Joint tenants.
So long as an "Original Transferor" is still on title, no reassessment. I see this happen with very savvy attorneys, but anyone can do it very simply.
Interesting. This would be a great way to buy a house, you could get an incredible deal if you found someone willing to do this.
