Boy, it's weird that gay marriage is now legal everywhere in the US. Wouldn't have expected it, but I wasn't aware of the Supreme Court challenge.Imagine getting a motorized wheelchair/Rascal so you could trip and wander around in public without having to worry about walking or looking really off. Even if you act weird, people will just assume you're disabled.
San Francisco would be the perfect place for this. Maybe LSD or AL-LAD, possibly combined with MDMA, or 4-FA or methylone, for the pro-social, mood boosting, and anxiolytic effects. I'd even throw in a non-interfering anxiolytic on top of that as an extra safeguard, like baclofen or phenibut.
Funny you made both these posts together. I had some 1P-LSD so I took a tab, waited around for like two hours for it to kick in but it was fairly mild so I figured I was good to go outside, walked down to market, watched the parade for a little bit and texted a friend and then out of nowhere the trip got like 10 times more intense and I was like "woahhha, fuck this" and made my way home. Had to sit down a couple times on my way there and was walking like a robot. It kinda shook me up but good fun once I laid down with the lights off and some music. -

The Joint Tenancy loophole is the best kept secret under Prop 13. You can literally pass the tax base on to anyone, not just parent/child.
Lets say my wife and and I want to buy your house, but don't want it reassessed. You add me on to your property as a joint tenant. Then we add my wife on as a Joint tenant. The original 2 joint tenants become "original tranferors", and my wife becomes "other than original transferor". Then the original owner deeds-off and just my wife and I remain as Joint tenants.
So long as an "Original Transferor" is still on title, no reassessment. I see this happen with very savvy attorneys, but anyone can do it very simply.
Interesting. This would be a great way to buy a house, you could get an incredible deal if you found someone willing to do this.
