    Hello insomnia, my old friend.

Too tired to do anything, no real desire, yet unable to fall asleep. Don't want to stay in bed, don't want to get up. Restless yet desperately in need of rest. Mind racing, yet you simply want to bash your head against the wall while yelling at it "SHUT UP AND STOP THINKING ABOUT IT! FOR FUCK'S SAKE LET ME GO TO SLEEP!".

God I hate limbo states like this. There's something uniquely unpleasant about them.

Well, since it's a Bill Krozby thread I may as well post this reaction gif I came across.

First time Bill Krozby banged a slampig:

It doesn't matter, it's not something I do often at all anyway and there was a specific reason for it.

In other news, I'm really hoping American capitalism perfects anime: https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/5mpv0z/possible_good_sign_for_future_anime_netflix_is/?st=iyv9o7s9&sh=dc16c9f3

The dynamics behind Netflix and the effects they've had and are currently having are fascinating and very promising. Of course I don't think they'll literally perfect it, but, ooh, if they actually do manage to give us new seasons of shows we've been yearning for for so long...

You're goddamn right motherfucker, it's called not being indoctrinated by Islam. We're so beta we can do whatever the hell we want, no one has the power to stop us.

Man, 2-FMA is fucking god-tier for productivity and low side effects. If you have a chance to try it, do it! Those were the glory days...

This, although it was kind of a fun challenge, researching stores, techniques, items I wanted, the feeling of getting away with it, once you walk out that door and are out of range of loss prevention.

Bay area pro-tip: Macy's in Walnut Creek has fairly poor security and jeans you can easily sell for over $100. Coming home packed with stolen items and selling them for benjies is a good feeling.

I really wish I had seen the day when that stupid bitch ShadyLady was caught (she was actually alright, although incredibly flawed, which practically goes without saying around here).

Can you imagine if an admin added a secret function allowing them to view the top visitors to a profile page and how many times they had viewed that page? Feasibility aside, it would just be insanely awkward if you had checked one of them an inordinate amount of times, possibly without even having noticed how excessive it had become.

Just a random thought while I was about to check someone's profile for their latest posts.

Benzos, in general, yes. There's a deficit in the GABAergic pathway. I've experienced this myself, being able to eat massive amounts of them to have the effects neurotypicals generally receive. Same with alcohol.

Amphetamine, varies. Some may show unusual sensitivity. I only needed about 8mg of 2-FMA a day to have great therapeutic effects.

Meth allows you to transcend the tyranny of standard human desires. Your entire body becomes a weapon at your disposal, fully subjugated by the triumph of the will.

Fucking ridiculous, as if children are incapable of deserving death. Regardless, we're not referring to justifiable murders/self-defence.

As for having a "fighting chance", how do you determine this? Most people don't even have a real fighting chance, and regardless of probability, it doesn't change the fact that a certain outcome still lead to death.

Evolution. There's a good reason cultures generally cherish children and hold them in high regard. For most of human history sheer numbers is what decided which tribes lived, and passed on their genes, and which died out. Certainly not saying it's just, merely that there are powerful biological forces that lead to such immense biases.

That sounds interesting? Why? What did she say.

Oh, is she single mom? That's doubly bad for your happiness. It wouldn't surprise me if it just suddenly hit her, knowing that you had realized this, possibly thinking that you were the cause of her unhappiness due to all the trouble you gave her, how you turned out. Maybe she just couldn't hold back how unhappy she was while at the same time feeling the pain and guilt of having your child realize this.

From where? I'm somewhat tempted to convince the state of California to allow people to use food stamps/EBT (electronic benefits, you get a card you use like debit/credit) due to the cost effectiveness. Maybe I could ride the conservative wave and tout it as a free market solution, like school choice.

I can't wait for drone deliveries. Fuck going outside.

It was a very well done study, one of my favorite to cite for the impact, because they tracked people's levels of happiness years before and after birth. The drop in happiness still remained 2 years afterward! Another very important factor is that they didn't ask directly about parenthood to avoid cognitive biases, the immense cultural taboo of admitting you're unhappy as a parent (funny how so few people, particularly among the more intelligent and affluent, flat out admit they regret having children) and something similar to post-purchase rationalization/sunk-cost rationalization that has been demonstrated to have a strong effect with regard to this subject - The source of parental joy is self-deception: http://theviewfromhell.blogspot.com/2011/03/study-source-of-parental-joy-is-self.html

Related, I've stated before that most people are utilized by their genes as opposed to utilizing them for higher goals beyond the tyranny of biology (yet can man truly want what he wants?). They're cucked by evolution, by selfish genes.

Ponder the concept. I'm sure you understand the biological imperative, how strongly human behavior is influenced by sex drive and the desire to reproduce. Would it not be expected that herein would lie the strongest biases stemming primarily from natural biologically triggered mechanisms? The thought that a thing so horrid and parasitic could genuinely be thought to be one of life's greatest joys can only be brought about by an incidence of madness. There are countless practical horrors that come with parenthood.

^ I honestly don't even understand the rules of pretty much any sport. I mean, of course you can grasp the general dynamics and goals just from a glance, but beyond that, nothing.
