Are you some sort of apologist? Why is the rape of a nation acceptable in your opinion?
The rape of an individual is a simple matter of might making right (someone wants an end, and takes it by force), so the rape of a nation is simply an extension of that.
If weak people let a foreign conqueror's saboteurs in during the ancient times, they would be called traitors and have their heads cut off, and everyone would attribute the rape and pillage of their nation and its women to their own stupidity.
But nowadays, you don't prune the limp wristed liberals from your society who are willingly taking these people. And so whose fault is it that your women are being raped? There are no rights and protections in this life of ours, except what you can defend.
You are not defending yourselves due to the barriers you have built yourself, the ideas of being "progressive". Others are perfectly happy to take advantage of this cute naïveté and fuck your bicchhes.
Of course rape isn't "right" or "acceptable" if you want to be a real bitch about the details, but if you think you're protected by morality, then you're putting your faith in everyone else following the rules you have agreed to follow, and there is no reason to believe that. I wouldn't like for someone I cared for to get raped... So I would take preventative measures, rather than making internet videos about poor me and my plight, look at all these mean immigrants being meanie faces :C -

I'm assuming it only generates the qualia though, so to speak, so I still have to eat and stuff, in which case it would be most healthy to use it as a way to augment "real" life, like anything else you enjoy doing. I just think it could be a very dangerous and addictive drug if not used properly.

Budgeting and reducing outflow
So you're an idiot with $$$. You make a decent amount but you never seem to have quite enough to not worry or do the things you want to do. Let's start by planting your feet on the ground; let's see where your money is going, how much is coming in, and where you can cut expenditures.
The key to this is writing shit down. First, write your monthly or biweekly income. This is your "cap". Past that number, you will be in the danger zone. Below that, keep track of every single penny you spend, anywhere, for any purpose and in any shape or form, during the same time period (so if you're paid biweekly, keep track of two weeks of expenditures corresponding to your paycheque).
If you have a smartphone, you can use an app like Mint, and everything will be super easy. If you don't have a smartphone, what the fuck is wrong with you? But anyway, just use a piece of paper or a notepad or something. you can go to mint.come from your computer. Then look at your expenses; rent, bills, food drinks, all of it, and see where you can cut down or cut out. See how much you can start cutting each pay cycle, and how big of a gap you can create between your income and your outflow. This will be the money you have to work with to pave your way to a secure financial position.
Do this for at least a month, and feed your tracked spending back into the budget; what are your food costs? How about transport? Write these numbers down and give yourself a little "overage". If you spent $220 on food, write 250. Your budget should ultimately look like this:
You don't need to go as hard in the paint as this one right now, but everything from debts to utilities to food and entertainment (your netflix subscription, redbox, video games, and so on) needs to be on here. Every. Single. Cent.
Keep it up until you have an accurate view of your situation, then move on to step 2. -

I've felt happiness before but it is ineffable in my opinion. It is the ultimate goal of existence and the search for it is the driving force behind the human experience.
But why? If so many people are unhappy, maybe they don't know what happiness is. I guess it's just being thankful for your current situation, not envying what others have and appreciating the small things you do have. -
