Sounds like theft to me. Besides, you pay a fee for services. Whether you use a service or not, the very foundation of a contract(For a service) is a mutual agreement. No one consulted me when they said: Pay taxes, we will do shit with it!
In short, there is nothing voluntary about the state. The state uses force to get things done, and therefore the state is an immoral institution that should be dissolved.
