After repeating the process of adding cool water to the jars and doing that several times, I've emptied them out, washed them, and set them out to dry. The resulting powder (of which I have 2 portions) are in coffee enhancements drying out. This still looks like a fuckload of powder. With that being said, let me whip out some math here:
58 tablets containing 20mg bundy and 400mg Guaifenesin each
23200mg guaifenesin altogether, 23.2g
1160mg bundy altogether, 1.16g
If I weighed the powder and it weighed more than 1.16g, the weight of JUST the bundy, I know that I've fucked up somewhere in the process (and I can tell you right now that it does weigh more than that). With that being said, if I did actually fuck it up, then why was there shit in the water that I drained off every time? I used cool water in the temp range that guaifenesin is supposed to be water soluble in.
I don't want to consume this myself with the possibility of also taking 23.2g guaifenesin, much less sell it to people who have already expressed interest in it.
Also, just for shits and giggles, I tasted a bit of the powder. It's bitter, as it normally is. I can get a more accurate taste when it's fully dried out, though. -

I had 58 tablets, which I powdered. I now have them in 2 mason jars, with one jar being primary collection and the other being secondary collection. My understanding is that bundy HBr isn't really soluble in water, so I'm getting all the water out of the first one and putting it into the 2nd to catch any that didn't settle. I'm going to repeat this process once more after I'm done. I should be left with (mostly) bundy sludge right? I don't want to cap it and end up dying.
