If you have a tendency to over-share in certain situations, ask the person you're sharing with if they don't mind and if they do to stop you if they get uncomfortable. IRL, i have this thing where i'll start talking about niche things i have a good deal of knowledge on or am otherwise fascinated by or passionate about.
I feel like it could be annoying to those around me, especially if they have zero interest in the subject at all. So i generally make sure to tell them to stop me, if they find the stuff i say to be boring, too convoluted or otherwise objectionable for whatever reason. Agreeable people will tend to let me talk their ears off if i don't tell them it's perfectly ok for them to say they wish to talk about something else. It's not the exact same, but i think the same solutions could apply. -

It's not like the Church is cancelling you. The Eucharist is supposed to contain Jesus within it, which is why the priest says something about Corpus Christi of the body of Christ as well when preparing the sacrament. To have someone a grave a sinner as Pelosi partake of the body of God in the form of Jesus the Christ, would be an insult and an affront to God Himself. Blasphemy in a sense.
