Also high capacity magazines, and basically every box of ammo on the shelf. Trudeau's 'freeze' and 'gun cap' is effectively a ban.

Tough luck, go amend your constitution and convene a convention of states. Besides, there is no amount of gun control that can stop someone who is determined to get a gun to find one regardless of any laws. -

When/where was the context provided where it was made clear we were specifically talking about the act of reloading? There are reasons besides reloading for switching out one mag for another. -

A magazine is a technical term as is a clip. It has to do with the design of the component used to hold the ammo. An M1 Garand has clips, a H&K G36C uses a magazine or 'mag' for short ya dingus. -

just look at how many mass shooters only fire a few rounds from a drum mag before it jams and they throw the gun away it's actually pretty common and then they use something with a small capacity and if they can manage to reload that's when the numbers really rack up
If it's a malfunction within the mechanism of the drum mag then yeah. If it's a problem with cycling for instance, that shouldn't be hard to fix, in most cases, pull the slide to eject jammed cartidge/misfire, make sure you have no obstructions, chamber a new round and you should be good to go.
Although admittedly i don't know nearly enough about drum mags to speak with any authority on the matter. -

In 2020/21 there were 235 homicides involving a knife or other sharp instrument in England and Wales, compared with 270 in the previous reporting year.
I'm sure population density plays a factor as well. I just remember reading similar stories to this one around the time. -

Easy enough, gun cotton is just nitrated cellulose, which is the primary component in smokeless powder. However since i don't have an entire lab, batches would differ in quality. Unfortunately i have no way to consistently measure barrel pressure either. Therefore i have opted to just order smokeless powder from a place that ships to me. -

Every person in a Western Country should actually. Introduce 2A to England and Europe. Look i'm not allowed to have a firearm where i live due to the laws here. But i managed to purchase one without too much difficulty. I have it because i enjoy target practice. I have it because i can appreciate the mechanical engineering that goes into creating a firearm, i have it because i have a general interest in ballistics. But first and foremost i have it because of my God given right to defend myself, my loved ones and my property.
If people are determined to get a gun they will one way or the other. I am pretty sure that with some practice and time i could create a bolt action rifle as well.
I've never shot someone or committed a crime with my firearm other than when i bought it or have to restock on ammunition.
Point being people who can handle their firearms responsibly should be allowed to own them legally. Even if all guns dissappeared from the world in some kind of unholy liberal left-wing Thanos Snap, people who wish to do harm would just resort to bombings instead.
