they can't all maintain parity at exactly the same time, so that can't actually be true. but i won't argue that point. what I will say is that, once when I was involved in interviewing and suggested that a black candidate was actually the best performing, technically, I was given incredulous looks by all the white men present.
if he was genuinely that good he'd have been offered the job, simple as. i never fell for that one again. -
