i knew she was longing for me to ask her out, but i just said "card", paid and left. it was the kindest thing to do for all concerned -

eh? they barely had any actual downtime, just interruptions. the longest period of downtime was with the hack, which was more out of an abundance of caution than anything else. it could have stayed up.
