US corporations basically control information on the internet and ig since the US is fascist this involves promoting state department propaganda. If I fall asleep watching The Convo Couch or Grayzone videos on YouTube it will autoplay Jordan Peterson and Lex Friedman all night.
The only exception is Tiktok and I think they had to make concessions like letting Oracle, a CIA front company control American data. And they're still under constant threat of being banned but this would be a very unpopular decision with young people. So China actually did a good job, maybe even with Oracle having to store all of this shit. Tiktok isn't overtly political but the algorithms definitely will promote things the US doesn't like.
But Russia, North Korea, Iran and so on should have been developing social media platforms and marketing them to Americans a long time ago. Maybe they were just thinking Uncle Scam would just ban it like he's trying with Tiktok.
And listening to that guy Nikolas Schreck about Charles Manson, he claims Manson was asked to do something with Jane Fonda and a dog. A lot of what he says is BS but her being a white woman I believe any claims about them fucking animals 100%.
Alcohol in general will make you fatter. You can stay trim wth a little exercise early in the day if you're on a zero carb diet drinking vodka but you also feel like you're about to die. And probably are. But with me it seems like alcohol makes me crave carbs.

It never got clear but it tasted ok anyway. I never chugged alcohol but I didn't think it fermented and I chugged it. It takes a couple minutes to feel it when you do that.

I quit drinking fluoridated water and quit using fluoridated toothpaste.
I noticed every time I would come out of jail though (where I had both) my teeth seemed whiter. Given, I also didn't drink as much coffee because whatever they give you I don't think is actually coffee/caffeinated.
I know fluoride is supposed to be industrial waste and probably not healthy in the water but I think you should probably have it in toothpaste.
