But the concept of this plastic gun, that they will make some minor (usually aesthetic) upgrade to every 4 years to make the old ones feel obsolete seems so....American.
And people say they hold up so much better than anything else but who tf has or would carry around a first generation Glock? But something like cz from the 80's I would expect to pretty much be working fine. I'm sure there would be a loss of accuracy from a lot of rounds (it's not meant for precision anyway) and maybe needs the springs replaced but who would take O-doggs Glock over a steel framed gun the same age? I wouldn't really want a Beretta or anything with an aluminum frame either though.
Police in some countries still use Soviet handguns.
What are your thoughts? -

To be more specific, I think it's physical activity that may let you live longer. When I see reports on this they try to make it seem like people's shitty monotonous jobs give them purpose and that's why they live longer. Or maybe for some people they see it that way. -

What about deadlifts? I have known people that didn't do shrugs that had big traps from that I think. Like if you just do farmers carries you really feel it. I think maybe why I hurt myself is when I get tired I start letting my back bend. I have hurt myself wearing a belt too though. I have a thing I can do back extensions on but I don't like it as much as the machines at gyms. -
