   Tl;dr game dev is really hard
   
   Building a commercially marketable simple 2d indie game is a multi year endeavor for an experienced dev+artist. There are some extremely rare exceptions (flappy birds, idle games, stardew at least on the head count) but single dev commercial games basically don’t exist. Single author mods are a little more common but require extreme autism. If you want to even try you’re going to have to learn programming and get reasonably good at it. You can buy your way out of the art if you don’t give a shit about graphics or sound, but uhhh, if you can’t afford to buy a new game you’re not going to be able to do that route

   Oh, fun one. It's the ampersand in the URL. The bbcode parser escapes HTML before processing, so it converted the & into an html entity which then produced a bad parse for the embedder. Should be fixed now.
