I mean it seems a pretty obvious distinction…civilians die in war…fact…does that mean everyone engaging in war is a terrorist? No.
If a Government or organization has a policy to attack civilians does that make them terrorists/war criminals? yes.
Is the aggressor more accountable than the defender? yes.
I agree an aggressor is more accountable. Won’t even go into who that is in this case because I bet we wouldn’t agree.
And if that’s what you in your heart believe constitutes terrorism then cool. I just don’t think the distinction is all that relevant. I doubt anyone who gets killed in war is particularly concerned about whether or not they were specifically targeted or collateral damage. I wouldn’t. So I don’t really give any brownie points for not targeting civilians if they’re still killing civilians. -

Those things aren’t the same in that they’re not literally synonymous but I’m not really sure where you’re trying to go with the distinction. Like if Hamas comes out and says they were targeting Israeli military complexes exclusively but just happened to have really shitty low accuracy munitions (which is probably true) would that make them not be terrorists anymore? -

If you joined in 2016 you would have been on the site at least as early as that. When NiS started life we were running vBulletin and then a year or two later switched to the current software, so that might have felt like a site switch, but the data carried over for the most part, pretty sure join dates were included in that. -

If you're dropping frames something's fucky with your hardware, you should be able to run it just fine. If there's a delay between taking an action and it having an effect, that's probably network latency. Loading is slow and shitty no matter what you do because of bad programming, nothing to be done about that -
