It's true. Me and Lanny we ready to face the hoarde in Lanny's Castle. Everything was good. Lanny had a path Zombies would come up and we'd kill them and we'd slaughter them easy to load up on their loot.
This is how it wound up:
Lanny just assumed his three level thick base with an iron door would be good enough. How wrong he was. We tried to ride hoarde night out, but zombies fucked us up. We lasted about two or three minutes before then they suicide bombed our little fort then overran our base and I ran to hide in an attic and Lanny took off on a bike and drove around. I got my guns back after dying and we fought our way back from about 3am onwards (Lanny ran down his health but didn't die). Dunno what difficulty Lanny set the game to, but it's much harder now.
Also the Radio Station got reset at some stage.

Pocket laptop is pretty cool and does 7D2D ~40FPS on Medium at 1920x1200 ( i7 11th gen, 'iris XE' integrated graphics ) X230 ~20FPS ( drops to single digits on horde ) on extraLOW at 800x600 ( i5 3rd gen, Intel HD 4000 integrated graphics ).
It's very playable with the little 7" screen sitting close, but the keyboard is small so its easy to sausage-finger the wrong keys. Got a keyboard and mouse on the way and gonna try to use this shitty old vizio as a monitor till I decide what gamer monitor to get. Was thinking of trying an EGPU but a good housing/psu is 400 bucks plus graphics card, just to be bottlenecked by thunderbolt 3. Probably just get a desktop compy if I'm gonna get a legit GPU.

I tried to do 2 bit tower lvl 5, but got killed for my trouble. All seemed to be going well, I made a ladder to the roof, then shot the zombies coming up the ladders one by one. Then the compass display started showing red dots, 2 red dots, so I jumped down from the roof and got bled out in one of those zombie waves where they rush you and keep coming faster than you can can kill them.

yeah for clear missions you're best off just following the path through the building rather than rushing to the end because you'd need to backtrack anyway, and if you climb past multiple floors you might end up waking them all at once
also as of this build there are some areas that immediately spawn BULK aggro zombies; you can't stealth kill them, sneak past or try to bait a few at a time
