Assigning main memory to a gpu to use as vram is a horrible idea lol, even if you can do it, it’s going to crusify your performance. The entire reason gpus have expensive specialized vram is because main memory is not fit for purpose

I’m for the right pause phenomenon. In actual dialog it’s a pattern that allows for interjection, like it’s an opportunity for an interlocutor to say “no, not right” or “I don’t follow, explain” which is good. If you’re talking with intent of being understood or convincing someone you should be checking in with their understanding of what you’re saying periodically and that’s exactly what “right?” does.

So if you uninstall the nvidia driver then you end up using the generic windows one meaning you’re probably utilizing less of the hardware on the graphics card. Like that’s kind of what the third party driver does beyond the generic one: takes the high(er) level description of a graphics pipeline and maps that to the various black magick acceleration mechanisms on the card, it’s better than the generic driver because it better understands the facilities available. My guess is that your intel titty bounce jiggle physics unit or something is malfunctioning, but slow path rendering avoids using it so that’s why turning off hw acceleration or uninstalling drivers improves the situation.

I mean I really don’t know anything for sure, but it kinda sounds good at least 🤷

Hah, that's how it goes in the ole hardware lottery sometimes. Well if you can repro it on different monitors and it's still there after a system reinstall send that shit back in then, they'll probably see it and just send you back an different unit and try to pawn that one off on the next schmuck. Actually it's probably an infinite cascade of schmucks of which you are just the most recent. (I say thing being a schmuck who's paid for a built-to-order PC before)

Disabling hardware acceleration fixes it, installing drivers breaks it, sounds like a fucky GPU to me. Pull it out, blow on the slot, and plug it back in? Could be the mobo, could be the graphics card. Bios upgrade sounds reasonable too, who knows what ungodly black magick nvidia demands of an interface.
