Originally posted by Lanny Firing the system bell is pretty normal in a boot sequence, up to the BIOS to do it or not usually. Don't know why it would start if it wasn't doing it before. Did you change anything with the BIOS config?
I haven't changed anything. It only did it that one time though. It hasn't beeped since that time. I was running some new software that uses a mathimatical library(similar to Matlab) on a hot summer night. I'm assumming it was heat, but I'm going to clean her out in a couple of days and check the ram sticks. -

It was hot last night so that could be it. I think I should clean it out as well.
I built it like 4-5 years ago, so maybe it's some hardware. On average, how long on average will a PC go from fresh build to issues? -

2017-09-03 at 6:07 AM UTC in My PC BeepedSo it's never done that while just running. It only beeps one time when I power it on. It just randomly beeped one time. No errors.
What could it be? -

This is likely a common way criminals get caught. Trying something new using no precautions because they don't know how successful they'll be, and then later try to back peddle. -

2017-08-30 at 10:24 PM UTC in Not Planning For Your FutureWho here has a 401k, retirement plan, and/or life insurrance?
I don't. I never thought about planning for the distant future because I never saw myself making it that far in life. I always thought that I would die/be murdered before reaching the next ten years. -

Rooting usually means wiping all data. You could try known exploits. What SDKversion?
In /data/data its likely in the shard prefs xml file. -

Clearly Government isn't so much who we hire, but those they work under who are corporate heads. the ones with the money. the ones who tell the DoD what they will buy and who to use it on when the president says so.. or they will sell that technology to the next highest biddeer?
"you have a camera in your ear".. I never figured out that he meant by that
Even if I am watched in my home, as long as it is all for a good cause, I am okay with it. The government is your friend.
