    I'm a bit cynical when it comes to any type of relationship(which is why I have none). But a girl leaving for a few days to visit friends sound a bit like there is more going on. Unless her friends are married and don't cheat, I'd be worried.
    
    You say that you live at her place, and you use to live in your car. As far as looks go, how do you compare to her?

    He is middle aged.
    
    He can't socialize well because he's not used to it. It's foreign to him. He even pronounces words incorrectly due to his lack of people experience.
    
    I'm afraid that he might be planning something. He seems nervous and strange. He is distant and knows that people don't like him and he always thinks that people are grouping up and plotting against him.
    
    He has also lost his appetite lately and is losing more weight than usual.
    
    He also told me that at times he feels and can taste chemicals from, what he assumes is his brain. He said it makes him feel high like a drug for hours and then tired afterwards.

    I've had twelve jobs. I turned in a two week notice at three of them(but one I turned it in after only working there for two weeks), got laid off from one, no-call/no-showed one, and was fired from the rest(mostly purposely).
    
    If you don't like the job, it's smarter to get fired so you can collect unemployment. Just don't tell anyone that you're trying to get fired.
