I do at one point recall him trying really hard...dressing better, got a car, started shaving, looked like he was working out, then got a better job. Most people probable don't remember these kinds of things, but I could see him fighting back. In the end it all caved in on him.

This person didn't talk to his/her family, had no friends, didn't vote, was self-proclaimed athiest, no girlfriends, always was alone, didn't form interpersonal relationships with co-workers, used no social media except a weird little forum that looked like a troll forum.
This person also used many wifi hotspots, TOR, many electronic devices that he/she factory reset or destroyed on a regular basis, in addition to setting small traps in his/her apartment to know if/when agents enter.
Trying to map his/her psychological thought process on the forum would gain them a lot of knowledge unless the person they were looking into knew about it. -

It's been a couple weeks and he's had what he assumes is cerebrospinal fluid leaking out of his nose and ears, constant ear infections in both ears, vertigo, and what sounds like the beginnings of meningitis but refuses to go to the doctor because he "doesn't want the hassle or the drug test, and doesn't have any vacation days." He thinks he's had a basilar skull fracture.
He's acted like a complete fucking mongoloid since. He forgets anything you tell him almost instantly, can't hear anything, nearly falls about a hundred times per day, loses his temper at the slightest provocation and is very impulsive, all of which is very unusual for him.
He always talks about not wanting to be alive so maybe this was his way of killing himself

Sound serious. I couldn't imagine having a seizure and not seeing a doctor. But those brain scans are quite expensive. I believe with brain injuries, that it's blood clots and are the largest risk.

I think my friend needs to move to another city. He is a bit bored with the city he is in, and he has savings and things he can currently cash in. It seems like it's time for him to plan a move along with a complete revert and everything he is. He even started listening to different music that's kind of gay. A complete change of sceenery would likely do him well. -

Looking back, I actually remember that one of my biggest reason for not killing myself, is because I truely believe that my biological family was trying to push me to kill myself. They would say things to obvuously rub in how they had something I didn't. Thanks to their hating me, I'm still alive and have contributed to the world in many ways. -

Also I'm glad I'm still alive. There are a couple of movies coming out that I'd like to see and this guy won't ever be able to watch them. Also, he should have quit this shitty job, blew his money, and tried robbing a bank. Instead he just gave up. -
