despite all the years of getting picked on for being fat, i was the only reason and motivation behind losing weight. i went from 330 to 265 in just a few months, and am currently at 260. i have been maintaining this weight for more months than it took to lose the initial weight, and now am starting to drop it again. sure, lack of female attention and ridicule from your peers is reason enough to get in shape, but its not gonna happen unless you are the driving force behind it. youve gotta be the reason for the self improvement.
theres a man who lives in my apartment complex who is MORBIDLY obese, im talking like at least 500 lbs. the guy is so fat he looks like a walking cantaloupe. after his health problems manifested enough, he decided to take a step in the right direction. last i heard, which was several months ago, he has lost 75 lbs. yeah, he still is massive, but theres a noticeable difference in his size. the same feeling of pleasant surprise i feel when i look at the guy and recognize his progress paired with the sense of improvement and pride he feels is what i felt when i started getting compliments on how i was looking good (and im still fat, but damn it if im not proud of the weight ive lost). you feel better about yourself.
the point of the above rambling is this: niggering someone because they're fat is pointless. i mean, realistically, you cant expect anything from it besides a fleeting sense of superiority if you're in better shape. Bill Krozby, if some of the pictures people have posted here are actually you, then yeah, you could stand to lose some weight. from a visual standpoint, you're not fat to the point where you look like a slob couch potato mongoloid, but you have some pooch on ya. i dont know how lanny looks or how much he weighs, and i really could care less, but calling out someone else for being fat when you yourself aren't exactly the pinnacle of fitness makes you look like a jackass. same for lanny. when all is said and done, lowering yourself to the point of making fun of someone else's physique is pretty pathetic. its not something a person can change overnight and its really not your place to give criticism on it when its not your body

im not sure what you mean by coating the casing with explosives...but if youre talking about the coating on the 5.7xshit, its not to get it to cycle...its to keep the expanded cases from jamming in the chamber.
normal semi-auto rifle rounds have a tapered case, the 7.62x39 being an extreme example...which is why their magazines are banana shaped. that extreme-taper makes extraction of the case much easier on the action and reduces the chance for a extraction failure. other rounds are tapered, just not so extensively. the tards at FN couldnt figure out any other way to fit so many tiny rounds into a magazine configured the way they devised...so they had to have full-on straight walled brass.
the coating is some sort of plastic, for which FN absolutely refuses to release the specs for. thats why in my earlier post i said it wasnt reloadable and part of why i consider the platform 'shit.' technically it is, but the effort isnt worth it. compromises are understandable, but that was a full-fucktard design flaw. when a chamber of a full auto...especially a closed-bolt one...gets hot as fuck from repeated firing...even tapered cases can stick. straight walled cases? fuckit...go get a fucking battering ram and sledge hammer to extract that stuck-welded fucker. semi-auto civilian versions arent as badly affected by these straight-walled cases minus-the-coating....its the full-auto ones.
