where i live everyone sells alcohol...however they have some sort of full-retard rules about it. like...on sundays you cant buy it at a certain time within city limits...but there are alcohol shops that are in the county (outside city limits) that can sell it...AND the best part is, 'outside' city limits can be the difference of literally 100 feet. they just closed down an ABC liquor store inside city limits because an alcohol shop on the next street corner was outside city limits and always had a filled parking lot.

Yeah an SKS sounds like a good idea it looks pretty cheap too around $250, I think I'll go with that, thanks a lot.
i dont know where you are...but it must suck. where i live you cant drive more than a couple of miles without a gunshop or gun range being seen. plus, every walmart and sporting goods store sells guns and ammo.
i dont know what SKSs are going for now, but the one I bought originally was $195. make sure when you get it its clean. take out the bolt and spray generous amounts of high-grade brake parts cleaner thru it till all of the 'shit' is out. focus on the firing pin and the hole where it lives. then, dry it...preferably by blowing compressed air thru it...then when its very dry, use high-quality, low viscosity, non-dirt-adhereing lube in/on the bolt/firing pin.
if your grandfather handloads...he can make you ammo that is as accurate in an SKS as regular rifle ammo in higher cost rifles...with the benefit of better performing bullets. dont expect it to be cheap, tho. the bullets i handload are literally more expensive than the entire round of the 'tula' junk i buy. (tula=accurate to about a 6x6 area, but ive shot living things with the HP version and it kills the shit out of it.)

yes, its nice...but its only redeeming quality is the ability to fire military/LE AP rounds at full auto. additionally...i cant say for certain, but based on my only observation and 'feel' when shooting the select-fire and civilian version, im going to say that the military/LE rounds (all types that I fired, not just the AP) are significantly more powerful than what FN sells to the public. that being the case, unless someone can handload the 'better' performing rounds, or FN starts selling the non-AP 'better' rounds, it will be handicapped. the military rounds make the recoil feel like 'kick-slam' while the civilian ones sort of 'push-tap'...its hard to describe.
even with a spare mag, reloading isnt 'quick' compared to other magazines...but considering it has 1/3 or double...or more...of what regular calibers hold, the timing may even out.
yes, a full-auto P90 with 50 rounds of any type of 5.7xshit at CQB range would be devastating. low-recoil, easily maneuverable...even with one hand, short enough to minimize a grab-handhold, minimal sensory-disruption, (I, personally, wouldnt use a silencer indoors...the blast would be more of a distraction for anyone down-range physiologically, plus i use electronic ear-pro), would make for a good home defense gun...assuming the shooter knew enough to not send shit down-range thru their own walls into their neighbors house. the only bummer is, civilians cant own full-auto anything.
and, no, 50 rounds in the P90 on full auto does NOT last very long at all.
ive seen pogues fire full-auto hoses and NOT let go of the trigger until the mag was empty and the range lintels (posts over the range to prevent high shots from going ballistic and hitting things theyre not sposed to hit) were filled with 2/3ds of the magazine contents.
untrained pogues arent allowed to use belt-feds. -
