true.
rats will gnaw on metal but wont be able to chew thru it. when food is lacking, after about 3 days without feeding, the rats will being to consume anything available.
ideally this is done starting at the outer extremities...working in to the abdomen, then letting them go from there.
a single large, wild rat will consume a piece of flesh about three square inches in a day...give or take.
the 'meal' usually dies once the rats puncture a major blood vessel and they bleed out, BUT if a large surface area is available theyll generally focus on muscle tissue close to the skin, virtually ignoring connective tissue, and most of the time large blood vessels due to their 'hardness' compared to the meat.

They use stuff like your browser fingerprint, IP address matches, cookies (not just their own), the battery API (and supposedly a bunch of other stuff) to establish links between multiple accounts, some stronger and some weaker, and since they have some many different ways of making a connection, it is damn near impossible to circumvent in a way that isn't a giant pain in the ass.
there's a certain restricted site I'm on that uses that method. it only works on noobs and plebes who have no internet knowledge whatsoever. it's use is highly over rated -
