You're not going to outsource your skills to an existing shop. Shops aren't interested in that because you simply don't have enough skills that shops are looking for, to be honest. You're a screen, battery, and basic OS technician. I'm going to be a bit brutal here, but already established companies can hire anyone to do that almost. They can train them to do it. Your skill sets aren't unique enough to allow for outsourced technicians.

My recommendation? Get hired somewhere. I know you said you've almost exhausted all of the shops in your area, but you need to get hired somewhere and stick with them. Stop quitting the business due to some thing you don't like about it. Everyone has a thing they don't like about their jobs, but you can't quit over it. You need to build solid employment history. Get hired at another shop and stick with them.

If you absolutely refuse to do that, then I suggest you learn new skills. Unique skills that not every shop has. Learn SMD work. Learn microsoldering. Become familiar with iPhone/iPad/MacBook schematics and how to troubleshoot and repair them at the component level. Offer a unique service and then shops might be more apt to use you for their repairs, but if all you offer is screen, battery, and general OS troubleshooting, then they'll just hire somebody.

Oh Grimster, my long distance friends and mentor.

I appreciate your input as always.

Although I feel like you are kind of underplaying my abilities, like some kind of glorified screen repair/battery swap only specialist. You know I don't have as specialized skills at the component level (Unless its blazingly obvious, and my solder joints might not look quite as pristine, but I can solder, and microsolder to a lesser degree)

While I think you are mostly right, as you know there are several shops around your area, my area, all over where there are places that specialize in Mobile/Tablet/Electronics repair, OR Computer/Mac Hardware/Software, and maybe a few that specialize in both.

The 2 shops I spoke too who were strictly PC/Mac Software/Hardware repair were interested in learning about cell phone/tablet repair, but didn't know where to start, as they always have customers asking them about it, to where it seems the consensus was to refer to the old shops I worked at.

Maybe it was my delivery and lack of ability to communicate my skillset and confidence in repairing , or their hesitance to bring an outsider into a family owned 15 year old business.

But what I don't believe shops have, are the startup funds I have already invested in having all parts needed for same all same-day iPhone/iPad repairs (except for the ones too expensive we order as needed such as iPad air 2's).

So since I have exhausted options in my town, I believe across the state/east coast there are more shops like that that exist, and was wondering the best way to get ahold of them to try and "sell" myself for integration. I want their customer flow, I can already do the PC/Mac work, but them let me have an office where there is already established and regular flow of customers and offer my repairs, while giving them part of the cut for allowing me to be there. This would be the merger.

Now my main question is, what is the best way to go about this?

I mean could I post as an employer on indeed and be like "looking for computer repair company looking to expand to mobile/tablet/electronic repairs - all parts on deck - can be introduced as separate entity or hired on to help with work already being done and slowly advertise that now they offer cell phone/tablet repair"

And when you say unique skills, the skills are still unique enough that I worked at a shop close to the college where $1000 goals were met many days through the week just based off doing iPhone screen repairs. And this is why I quit the position, because from working on PCs, Desktops, Laptops, Macs, iPads, iPhones, to just doing a few iPhones a day felt like I was going backward. But little did I know how much I'd hate the marketing and working by myself aspect. I miss working as a team. I miss having other techs around with issues that I could help with or vise versa.

It reminded me of when I was happy, back in CET class in high school. A buncha nerds talkin nerd shit, playin games together after school/work, working on tech projects.

So any ideas now that I've retorted? A way to advertise on indeed or other employer sites? Google nearby/towns I wouldn't mind living and calling the shops and asking for a skype/over the phone interview to pitch my idea?

Hey guys what type of boiled egg surprises do you like to make for yourself or your friends and family?

    Me?

Sometimes I'll take out the yolk, and squeeze in some canned cheese, and then reassemble, making the consumer of the egg say "Oh my! There is a surprise hiding in this egg! A cheesy treat lies beneath! Soft, for the yolk to rest on, adding texture and flavor to that would be a delight to any cheesy egg lovers!"

This can be done with any cheese, but this is my first time with the classic canned cheese, and I gotta say, I rate it a 7.4/10.

I also enjoy these next-level egg snacks with a tiny soda bottle. Not only does it make more crisp and refreshing, but it limits the amount of evil sugar, which hinders our gains. I refill this tiny soda bottle, as I am the fruity king, and I refill it with many different types of soda. I highly recommend it. And I am the Fruity King.

You can find this little guy for around .20 cents at your local wal mart. I hyped this bad boy up to the cashier so much, practically gave her a review on the spot, she said she would be purchasing several, as I have convinced her of the tiny soda ways.

They also make my hands feel manly and large. And I try and bring it in public with me as much as possible because when babes see how huge many hand compared to the tiny bottle, they automatically assume me beta. No questions asked.

    Anyways,

What kind of fun things do you hide under the yolk?

Don't you hate regular deviled eggs?

Have you ever sliced the deviled eggs thin and put them on a piece of bread with cheese and had a boiled egg cheese sammich of sorts?

Do you occasionally drink out of tiny bottles?

Leave your deviled egg related input below!

Have an eggcellent day my orally indulged niggas 🍺

So far I am getting a list of the more popular mom and pop shops in different cities, and am going to call them tomorrow or next few days and tell them my situation, how I feel I can benefit them/they can benefit me, and if they wanna do a Skype interview or something.

I mean....most things worth repairing are modular in nature. You know how computer repair works, either its swap out defective stuff or if its not cost effective then fuck it new computer. Same with phones/tablets if the time/difficulty/cost of the part is almost price of a new device its not cost effective. And then theres software which some people don't know jack shit about computer so they bring it to a shop to backup their data and get their shit running smooth again. But I shouldn't have wasted my time answering a poorly worded stupid question.

Yeah scam recommendations are great too, but I've had an ungodly amount of access to sensitive data, but despite my love of looking up scams and hacking shit on totse I only do honest work I don't look at or steal peoples personal data.

    Awesome, just 10/10 advice.

What do you recommend I up and leave my most skilled/knowledgeable field for oh knowledgeable spectral? And what would qualify for such a field.

The only main point you had was the nauseating customers. I mean I get along with just about everybody, but some of the menial, specific questions, or just elderly users whose family don't have time to help them with basics just get to me. Like I don't have the heart to charge some old lady for changing her default browser. Which is why I kinda need a boss.

Yeah I have all the tools and parts to do it myself, but I hate working by myself. And yah I am super good at my thing. Not Panthrax (grimace) good, but its been my hobby since my dad first taught me to build a PC around the age of 13. I've all but stopped studying because the tech/computer world grows and changes so fast and is so massive, I stopped studying and just hurry up and use reference books/search online for a problem that I'm unfamiliar with.

Yah thats what I was thinkin aldra. But so far like I mentioned I've either already worked for previous shops, hate the protocol of some competitors (charging a $40 diagnostic fee just to look at something yeh thats not gonna make me feel shitty if I already know its not worth fucking with, I loved reading the totse scams and bad ideas but I'm actually honest to a fault) or the shops are old school and don't feel like getting involved with the cell phone/tablet repair (Even though I tell them I'm capable of doing what they do as well in so many words without sounding like a know it all).

And its been about 2 months since I stopped operations, and I'm getting ansy to get back into the field and start repairing. Or at least a more consistent and stable job.

Since I hate my current town and just about everybody in it, and I'm ready and willing to relocate to surrounding areas and further, what you niggas think would be the best way to advertise that I'd like to take my stock of iPhone/iPad parts (1 of everything for most popular repairs, everything else on order) and ability to repair PC/Laptops/Macs and combine forces with maybe a successful locally owned computer shop that lacks the skills to do so?

Basically I don't like being my own boss, I end up fucking around all day and getting sidetracked and my prices end up all over the place.

I've almost exhausted all my options locally, either working for competitors, or other old school shops not wanting to get into it and just refer to the already established shops. One dude said he'd like to have lunch with me cause he's a one man show and doesn't know how to do any of that stuff.

All I know of is indeed and craigslist and stuff but thats either employers looking to hire employees, or unemployed bruddas lookin' for employment.

    Any ideas?

I mean I guess I can just search every town that I'd like to live in, lookup the computer-oriented repair shops, and call and ask if they would be interested in skype interviewing me or something and tell them my situation/skillset.

    Update!

Its the following morning and after popping 3 of these suckers I slept like a log, and I still have that "I took several tiz so I'm relaxed and don't give a hoot about the following day afterglow" feeling. I'm definitely almost 100% ready to categorize these as quality Etizolam. If anything the lack of sublingual is probably what is throwing me off as I'm used to it kicking it a little quicker, but these will work just fine for how I use them.

I gave one to my female friend before bed and she went off to sleep like a log.

And if anyone remembers from zoklet, I usually have no issue giving/trading sources with my fellow space niggas through DM, but this particular source is only available to members who made an account 4-5 years ago, and I must go through an extended order process and direct email customer support in the company. I used to have a large variety of sources, many you probably know about, but since I've been trying to stay more sober than not the past couple years I have lost many of them :(

Ahh a good ole' BLTC RC pharma review post. Makes me a fuzzy inside.

OKAY onto the tizzies my nizzies

Much smaller box than the Intas brand

But pill is more than 2 times the size!?!?

Blister Pack Comparison. I like the smaller packaging of the Intas, but the Intas just feels more quality

    Pill cut-in-half comparison

Aight so I put one under my tongue first thing as I was driving to get my usual Buffalo Burrito with Queso. I notice its larger size and that its taking forever to dissolve. I think I'll be either popping these normally, or chewing them into smaller chunks to kick in faster.

About 30 minutes later I star feeling the similar sensation that one would feel from a 1mg etizolam. I was more carefree, and while I'm usually a neat eater, I was stuffing the burrito in my face as fast as I could without choking. Even choked once. This was my first indication its at least legit, despite me not knowing its strength yet.

I came home and sense I might have a small tolerance considering I've been popping at least 1-10 1mg Etilaam tablets for the past 6 years, even though medical studies show this to be one of the only benzo analogues that have a sort of reverse tolerance, and cut one in half to look inside and so I can show you, my space nigga brethren, and POPPED DAT NIGGUH.

Its been roughly 2 1/2 hours, and 2mg total.

I suppose I'll update this thread as I get more experience, and I'm going to have a bias and preference considering the Intas has a special place in my heart and has done me so well over the years.

First impressions are that it is pretty similar, but I'm going to miss dissolving it under my tongue. It seems to be more subtle, and I feel like I might be crunker if I took intas to the dome, but I'm also hyped up and and took 15mg XR and 20mg IR Adderall earlier in the day so that could be effecting things as well.

I'd be fine if it is more subtle and has more anti-anxiety effects as opposed to sedative, because sometimes Etilaam straight gets you GROGGY and sleepy. Which also makes you less anxious but harder to function. I feel as though its anti anxiety effects are just as strong, and maybe I'm just feeing its not as strong because its not making me as sleepy.

Ahh fuck sorry if I let you guys down, this wasn't a very good first impression with the adderall and the fact I'm 2 1/2 hours from initially dosing.

I will report back. Also I already made a thread asking about your experience with the different brands, and I've seen a few tizzy threads, but feel free to praise me for me insight so far, and tell your own stories of the tizzy nature.

You know my saying at work when everyone else knew I took em "When things get bizzy....take yo'self a tizzy :)"

Phenibut has its place, but its not even in the same league as Eitizolam.

It feels closer to xanax than kpin because of its shorter duration.

For the prices you are able to get it at, I actually like it better. You've probably read about the antidepressant effects it claims to have. I do feel quite a bit more chipper when I'm on it, but perhaps its because it eradicates any hoots I might be dwelling on.

I've been using it regularly for about 6 years. Maybe abused it for 2 1/2 of those years. Take into consideration today my 84 year old grandmother asked me why she has a better memory than me. And since etizolam makes me mean, I told her to STFU and if my memory is so bad maybe I'll forget to go get her mail and she can cross the street GOD DAMNIT.

But most people say they are weaker than xanax on a 1:1 mg scale. I think its stronger than tiz : xanax - 1mg : .5mg.

My only experience is with Intas brand Etilaam 1mgs, my primary choice for the 6 year run.

Other than that I got a bag of 200mg etizolam powder. Without a mg scale, I dose like most people. Using the tip of a toothpick. Which is a bad idea. Cause those little grains you swab on your tongue doesn't feel like much is happening. So 30 minutes go by and you think eh I don't feel much *dips toothpick in for a fat dunk*. I was subsequently fired from my job the next day under suspicion of substance abuse. I worked helping handicapped people, but that day apparently the handicapped people helped me. I didn't get in any accidents though so thats good.

And as I've stated before I expect Etizex brand this time, which I'm kinna nervous about, but will review once I have them. Its one of the lesser discussed or available brands.
