Sure is, but you'll probably want to use a gas heavier than air. If you don't want to kill them, you could try vaporizing a large amount of salvinorin A, since it's extremely potent, thermally stable and yet strangely not very toxic at all....

Thought I should also mention, "Audio Spotlight" which uses ultrasound to create audible sounds near the target's head that are unlikely to be heard by anyone else. Costs a couple thousand $ but a homemade version is likely to be somewhat cheaper.

Thanks for mentioning 'black' budget after martin luther king day. I forgot to mention that Martin Luther King was actually being gang stalked by FBI with COINTELPRO and police officers, community based spy networks. Ironically, city workers often get the day off, while none of them really usually cares about black people or martin luther king. Even a lot of black people participate in this stuff, which is a shame because it happened to mlk but they don't care. People are conditioned in the US and most of the other western countries to be manufactured sociopaths, lacking empathy, being narcissistic, in order to easier control and utilize them.

In the monkeys fed the higher amount of isoflavones, frequencies of intense aggressive (67% higher) and submissive (203% higher) behavior were elevated relative to monkeys fed the control diet (P's < 0.05). In addition, the proportion of time spent by these monkeys in physical contact with other monkeys was reduced by 68%, time spent in proximity to other monkeys was reduced 50%, and time spent alone was increased 30% (P's < 0.02). There were no effects of treatment on serum testosterone or estradiol concentrations or the response of plasma testosterone to exogenous gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). The results indicate that long-term consumption of a diet rich in soy isoflavones can have marked influences on patterns of aggressive and social behavior.

It turns you into a s0yboy. S0yjoy is good for you, drink s0yjoy, let your girlfriend fuck you in the butt with a strapon after drinking a healthy cold glass of s0yjoy

How's submissive behavior increase 203% when aggression is also increased? Submissive behavior in response to aggressive behavior. S0y is in over 90% of US food products since the year 2000. And that is no coincidence. Americans eat more soy as an ingredient than asians do, and the asians ferment theirs first usually. American s0y is also genetically modified.

Two of the best videos on the subject and how it involves corporations and illegal activity like drug smuggling.

The secretary Liza Raines becomes deaf after a shooting in a robbery, is evicted and later she is found by the social assistant Grant Kane living in her car. Grant brings Liza to a Transition Shelter to be rehabilitated, and she accepts to be submitted to an experimental treatment never tested in humans in the Center for Hearing Research. The leader of the research Dr. Gene Kramer is pressed by the CIA agent Aiden Porter that is funding his experiment to test his vaccine of restoration of cells in fifteen patients, and he advises that the rats subjected to the experiment became psychotic. The patients also become psychotic and suicidal, with the exception of Liza, the patient 14. She achieves the ability of hearing frequencies emitted by the brain and read minds as a side effect. Porter recruits Liza to work in CIA disclosing the innermost thoughts of the suspects, but later Liza finds his real hidden intentions.

This movie goes beyond a science fiction thriller. It has one thing that a lot of science fiction fans love that is 'reading minds' but this was nurtured from talking to doctors and other sources. I like some movies that has some reality in what many people think impossible.

They tried to restore hearing and got more than that a 'mind reader' the only thing no more like her could be developed. She was a civilian treated like a 'thing' not a person and she fought back when they though she could be killed off when a military officer had her ability, but she fought back. She won and the military lost her because any 'mind reader' has a weapon and it sometimes is 'lethal'. They are watching but a mistep in their part would be a disaster since she left the Project: Hidden Lines by her own will.

Creepy. They suggested the same thing would happen to me once they found someone else with my abilities. They already have people with telepathic hearing but the other stuff I'm not sure about.

The guy in that youtube video points out that it's a weapons system. It's also used for medical experiments. The test subjects are treated like objects, so if they commit suicide it doesn't matter, as long as they get the data they're looking for.

    And why an Arduino?

And where do the microwaves come from, I don't see any GHz circuitry in the diagram

It doesn't have to be microwave frequency as it can be under 300 MHz. Being able to talk through it while aiming the device at the person's head and sound like their dead relatives might be useful. Or voice duplicate their co-workers or relatives and make it sound like they're saying negative or unusual things..

All this can also be done with a raspberry pi and a couple other cheap components.

Beyond the patent there isn't a whole lot of information on this stuff, so I'm just guessing it may be possible to get a DIY EEG and listen to a recording of someone speaking a simple phrase, then use a radio device to induce that same electrical response, fine-tuning it based on the patent. With an EEG it should be simple to get this fairly precise, although it's going to sound somewhat different for each person. An oscilloscope could give you an idea of the timing of pulses required but an EEG might make it more precise.

    Again I smell shit.

At best? Silver is a super-conductor, a resistor is not meant to be overly conductive. Yes, they are easy to make, carbon resistors, thin or thick film. That's why they're cheap compared to a lot of components.

Here's a good place to start if you want to understand why your reasoning on this is flawed: https://www.amazon.com/Understanding-Basic-Electronics-Softcover-ARRL/dp/0872590828/ref=asc_df_0872590828/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312111868559&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=4777736069300785321&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9028064&hvtargid=pla-433873606205&psc=1

Anyway, this is something we, as a community here at niggas in space, could work on, together. A community project. It could certainly be profitable.

Probably a typo. Like meant 10 cents. Resistors aren't expensive, and if you buy a shit-ton of them, you're going to get a much better price. Anyway, it's just an example. If you google the V2K patent, you'll notice it isn't very difficult to build circuits for it. Anyways, the technology is real.

    https://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine?Keyword=0+ohm+resistor

EDIT: also, this can be done with a smartphone, or by modifying certain radios. Keep in mind a smartphone is a radio and because of how the technology works, a lot of different wavelengths can be used. It's mostly the pulse width that matters, so there's already a lot of radio frequency devices around that can be used.

In the early 1970s, Dr. Joseph Sharp of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research used a computer to control a radar transmitter such that for each time a human voice waveform changed from a peak to a valley, the radar transmitter sent out a single pulse, causing a single click to be heard by the test subject. Because these clicks were timed according to the human voice waveform, the test subject heard a voice, rather than a string of clicks. This has not been pursued, at least publicly, due to concerns about the effect of microwave signals aimed at a person’s skull, but it does work.

Also, Jesus was a super-natural being, but I don't necessarily believe he was the son of "god" or anything like that. He was a great example of Kundalini and Animal Magnetism, which is a lot easier to back up with science than the concept of "god"

So I recently doxxed a bunch of people on a certain website not many people know about, it doesn't really have that many members. Most of the members are actually alts, but I think some of these people would be useful for a psychological experiment I want to conduct.

So I was wondering, if anyone has any ideas as to what phrases I should put in their heads remotely? Anyone have experience with this sort of thing?

That's a big part of why I'm targeted. The technology I've been working on.

They started with that, and I think maybe later on they realized my supernatural abilities, or they activated them to distract me. I'm not really sure. Reason I don't think it's an illusion is my friend who was in vietnam as a sniper had one of these abilities and I've researched it. This stuff is real and has been a secret a long time.

Yes, I can be sure it hasn't broken.
Schematics of an electrical igniter connecting to a fuse
Electric matches consist of two parts, a bridgewire and a pyrogen. The bridgewire is a heating element, typically in the form of a loop or coil of thin wire, which is encased in the pyrogen, which is a quantity of readily ignited pyrotechnic initiator composition. If the pyrogen is sufficiently conductive, it can act as the bridgewire as well. Electric matches also come with provisions for attaching an electric current source, and they may be provided with a protective cover and/or a means to attach them to the device to be ignited.[1][2][3]

To operate an electric match, a source of electricity of appropriate voltage and current is needed to provide current to the match. When sufficient electric current is passed through the bridgewire, the resistive heating causes the element to rise above the ignition temperature of the pyrogen, and the pyrogen begins to burn.[1][3]

Tiny ass filaments like a chr1stmas light bulb are delicate, brake light bulbs really aren't.

The only advantage of an ematch is that it already has the pyrotechnic mix and it's resistance wire is in a fixed position already. If you have trouble putting a filament or any other resistance wire in a fixed position with a pyrotechnic mix, you probably shouldn't be messing with pyrotechnics to begin with. ematch is just lazy. I mean, not a bad idea really if you feel it's easier than putting a filament or resistance wire of some sort into a pyrotechnic mix in a plastic tube or something, but otherwise, blah
