The first thing you need to do is take color out of it. The black ones ain't your brothers, and the white ones ain't my race. You're up a creek without a paddle, and the sooner you realize this is all on you, the better. Secondly, you need to truly understand and identify truly their limitations technologically. It's so simple a target that moves fast pumps blood and adrenaline, a slow consistent target causes road hypnosis you feel me. Be obvious for long periods of time, then in your bright red hat shoes shirt and shorts walk in to a house like you do for a week straight, only this time its your friend who walks out dressed as you, ive lost their ass for months with that simp shit, works everytime :p some don't even know to track you but just your vehicle
"road hypnosis".... I wonder if she's hinting that she knows the same trick me and my sniper friend know... You do it, it's as if everyone driving is hypnotized into driving slower and going the exact same speed, but it also works on non-living things that are moving in a group with similar resonance frequency. I realized I could also use it to make a river slow down or speed up.

You generally have to slow down to do it most effectively, I can do it while moving fast but it's way more effective if I slow down. I always skipped that video, but it's actually real. Crazy shit. They like to select highly intelligent people for the gang stalking program, but everyone already knew that. It's just without videos like that, people wouldn't always understand the reasons. -

But it can be used for that. I do know a lot about DEWs, but my main interest with technology is electric energy generator technology, and counter-surveillance and security systems. They had a drone with a camera hover over me once when I was showing someone diagrams of a generator design lol. I'm from a military city, military city USA so I guess I can't be surprised or anything. Now the room I'm sitting in is suddenly full of spooks, or people with connections to them.
So he says the Air Force is the main branch involved, explains the airforce guy with a genius level IQ, hacking and electronic engineering skills showing up in my life one day. He trained me, as did the 10th mountain division guy, and the Army Rangr. But with the airforce dude, the psychological training was more intense. They were training me to basically be invincible in a lot of ways.
The black dude in that one video reminds me of the 10th mountain division dude, but more well read, less motivated by the same stuff.
EDIT2: he said they'd often take highly intelligent people, break them down, even make them homeless, then have them recruited by SIS or the military. Sounds about right. But they continue experimenting on them even after they're hired. I'd say the military is probably the better route for TIs, especially Army.
EDIT3: okay, skipping to 14:40, he mentions most of the people working for companies like SIS are ex military intelligence or CIA, NSA, etc, but some are still actually active duty intelligence officers asigned to work in the civilian sector. Glad I came across that cause I'd always suspected that was the case.
EDIT4: 16:50 he mentions altering the mood of everyone in downtown seatle. One of the companies I found out was doing this type of stuff was called Mood Texas. Their front is specialized sound equipment, setting up music venues, but originally if you scrolled down on their twitter page they also said they specialized in surveillance, and counter-surveillance. My Army Rangr friend, whose two best friends know all about this tech cause they teach PsyOps for a living, admitted to me that Mood was altering the moods of everyone around him when he went on a date with a certain girl. I always encouraged him to start dating again, and he finally did. One of the girls had an uncle who was still active with the CIA, but they wanted him to end up with this other girl. The vans are classic psyops vans, with the sound cannons on top, long range sound cannons. "MOOD" on the side of the van, real light so you barely see it, and he said they drove by slowly while he was on the date with this girl, and everything went perfect that day, all the neighbors stopped harassing him.
My airforce friend and the Army Rangr both knew the company was a front for psyops after I told them about it and they looked into it. The reason I figured them out, cause I used to smoke a lot of meth, and one day I was smoking it in this park, it always seemed like people knew I was doing it, as if there was hidden cameras everywhere, but it was more advanced than that.... They tried to spook me with the sound cannons, but I could, with extreme detail, imagine who they were, what they looked like, before ever seeing them. So I took my shoes off one day, and snuck up on this guy in a MOOD van, illegally parked in a place where there's not supposed to be any vehicles. He nearly shit himself when he saw me. That explained where all the strange sound effects were coming from. The other time, I kept hearing what sounded like a body being dragged across the gravel at night and it turned out, it was this girl... Beautiful, part asian, part latina, whatever she was, posing as a homeless girl, but obviously way too hot and dressed way too well, to be homeless. It was a fucking sound cart she was dragging around. Scared the shit out of her and the guy she was out there with, but not on purpose. Just did the same thing, took my shoes off and snuck up on her.

We can take any form, or any race as you know it. Part of the reason for this is to find people with this 'god dna' and activate these abilities. They want to use us to create the master race. A race of god-like chameleon people, that can look like anyone, blend in anywhere, and have supernatural abilities. I'm not saying I agree with doing this, because it will make everyone else seen as inferior, and a lot of us TIs with this dna, have too much empathy. In that pdf, they mention how as far back as the 70s, the russians had their own version of MKULTRA, and were able to create "super spies" that didn't even know they worked for the government. So when you're a TI, they don't always send trained government goons after you, with the technology, they can remotely mind control random people with face-tats and shit to go after you or try to intimidate you. -

gang stalking will never be illegal. because it is done by government. the individual is blacklisted and will never again for as long as they live have basic human and civil rights. the target is fair game to every and anyone. there is absolutely no limit to the amount of torture and suffering various members of government and medical offices will do to the victim. the evil soulless perpetrators will harm the individual as much and as severely as they are capable.
Hrm, like some other people pointed out, the goal is sometimes to recruit people. She said "never again" as if you had any of those rights to begin with. They're an illusion unless you kiss ass, be a "normie" and go along with the politically correct agenda.
Sometimes their job is protective detail if they think the TI's cognitive ability is useful enough, as it would take a long time to clone the person and that might not turn out the way they want it to. -

Sometimes they'd rather recruit people like us, if they think we'd be effective in some way for some job.
So, turned out this guy was a pretty decent hacker, and knew a bunch of other hackers. Two of his best friends were actually PsyOPs teachers in the US Army, so very high security clearance, they could make pretty much anything on a person's record vanish if they wanted to. Generally, good people, but not the kind of people you'd want to piss off. We often discussed esoteric subjects, paranormal stuff. But my friend was extremely paranoid about certain subjects because he knew they'd always be monitoring him for the rest of his life. Couldn't talk about certain things. It turniped out, he had paranormal abilities. This goes back to the Army's Project Jedi and Stargate, which the CIA and Army have been collaborating on for years. He was not, as far as I know, directly involved in any of these projects, but the Army knew he had these abilities. One day we were talking about meditation and he taught me some stuff about guided meditation. That was the first time I'd ever tried guided meditation. After that things started to get really weird. People started overtly following me around, commenting on my activities. Couldn't figure out why at first, but one day I smoked some weed my friend grew, ex airforce, another guy that just mysteriously appeared in my life one day around the time totse was shutdown, and befriended me. Genius level IQ, electrical engineering and hacking skills, etc.
I was crossing a road and that's when I realized, I could fucking slow down time. I had a friend who was a vietnam veteran that,, long before this, we were discussing coast to coast AM and paranormal stuff. I told him, you'll think I'm crazy but I've seen a UFO and I described it to him. He told me "youll think I'm the crazy one if I tell you this, but when I was in vietnam, I developed the thousand yard stare and realized I could control people with it." he was a sniper…
I developed the same stare after years of getting brain injuries and being awake for days, paranoid one of my enemies was going to kill me. But it took forever to realize it, that day when I was crossing the road, I blew out the weed smoke and relaxed my eyes, not trying to do anything, but stared at the oncoming traffic… Every car started slowing down, real slow, going the same fucking speed. One of the girls in one of the cars noticed, a passenger. A look of bewilderment on her face. That's when I realized. They were grooming me for some important job. When I was younger I thought it'd be cool to be a CIA agent. Learn some stuff about the secrets they keep from normal people. My friends knew this. They wanted me in SF in the Army. Shit got weirder. They amped up the stalking, but they weren't really mean about it. It was just these people in the background, looking out for me and commenting on my activities. I realized, me and my friend were talking one day ,and I learned an explosion messed up one of his ears in the Army. I told him I thought hearing damage could induce telepathic, or long distance hearing. He said "DUDE. I've never told anyone else this, but I've been thinking the EXACT same thing"
So, turns out though, Andrija Puharich did work trying to find alternative ways of hearing, for the CIA. They found them alright. Puharich was obsessed with paranormal stuff. Claimed we could all take missiles down with our minds. He was right.
But these skills do not come easily. Some people are naturally much better at them. Telepathic hearing, (not talking about V2K) can make it easier to harass a person, as it's greatly enhanced when a person does certain drugs, namely weed.
So after I pissed him off, they started using DEWs on me. Turns out, exposure to extremely low frequency sound waves and electromagnetic ELF waves can enhance these abilities. (See CIA.gov gateway process analysis and assessment)
It has to do with brainwave entrainment, frequency following response, and the kundalini. Kundalini syndrome is real, and they used it to punish me, enhancing my powers as a form of punishment. It feels like you're losing your fucking mind. But you're not.
It also turnip'd out, my friend was trained as a ninja. This is actually more common in the US military than a lot of people realize.

They select people who they feel have the potential to be great at this. Eventually I realized I could do remote influencing quite well, possibly better than anyone else on earth. The strangest part, the ability to synchronize everything around me, everything that's moving. Yes I realize atoms are always moving, but I'm talking macroscopic motion. On certain days, if I'd stayed awake long enough, or gotten injured, or smoked the right weed and drank caffeine, I was able to control the entire world to some extent. But I didn't really want to.
I started practicing, and at first "they" were freaked out at how powerful I'd become, but realized I wouldn't do anything bad with it. But I had to practice…. I keep discovering new abilities. One is super-human speed. It involves a macroscopic spinning motion, involving the kundalini, as you begin running. It's kind of strange… It all is though.
Anyhow… I can talk about this, because there are certain people on this site that know this is all true, but most won't believe it. So they probably won't try to punish me too hard for it. Nobody, outside people in the know, will take it seriously. But this is all real. It's all true. My life could make quite a novel. I may actually write a book some day, but probably not entirely about this type of stuff.
So there's my rant. The CIA and Army turned me into some kind of undead ninja with magic powers, and I'd rather just be normal(sort of). I am isolated. I cannot trust anyone anymore. I don't hate them for doing this, but it's pretty fucking messed up in some ways. Not being able to trust people is the worst part. For a while they were sending beautiful women to seduce me, but I ignored them. How faggy ,right? That's how some of my former friends felt. They would take the bait. But what's the point, when everyone around you is basically a form of AI? None of them are real.

This movie goes beyond a science fiction thriller. It has one thing that a lot of science fiction fans love that is 'reading minds' but this was nurtured from talking to doctors and other sources. I like some movies that has some reality in what many people think impossible.
They tried to restore hearing and got more than that a 'mind reader' the only thing no more like her could be developed. She was a civilian treated like a 'thing' not a person and she fought back when they though she could be killed off when a military officer had her ability, but she fought back. She won and the military lost her because any 'mind reader' has a weapon and it sometimes is 'lethal'. They are watching but a mistep in their part would be a disaster since she left the Project: Hidden Lines by her own will.

Creepy. They suggested the same thing would happen to me once they found someone else with my abilities. They already have people with telepathic hearing but the other stuff I'm not sure about.
The guy in that youtube video points out that it's a weapons system. It's also used for medical experiments. The test subjects are treated like objects, so if they commit suicide it doesn't matter, as long as they get the data they're looking for. -
