Ahh, well I don't know about rough weather. It's almost always shitty here, but never rough. Bodyweight exercises may be useful in that situation. -

If you let a substance control you, that's not helping. Crouton sucks, also. Get some exercise. Run for 50 minutes. You should feel tired enough to not really care as much.
