Nothing complicated about it. It'll give you a lot more time than a fuse alone. Use a water bottle like I said, not an ice cube, and it will take several hours to close, as the ice between the close pin is more insulated from the thermal energy.
Buoyancy timer is better though, not temperature dependent, it can be fine tuned. It's easier to set up than a lot of things, and you can adjust it from an hour to several hours, even days depending on what you put liquid in, how much liqud there is, etc. -

If an ice cube fits in a 'close pin', it's not going to take too long, because it's going to depend on the temperature and mass of the ice. The more ice around the close pin, the longer it takes to close. I don't live in some shitty climate that's cold most of the time so it may take a long time if you lived in winnepeg canada for example, days, depending on where you put it. I mean if it's outside in winter time it could take days, months, but if it's indoors and above freezing, it should take a couple hours at least. How long does it take an ice cube to melt? Leave one out on the counter and find out. -

I never said he looks crazy. I agree with him, but if some of these people would prove some of this shit it would be helpful to people that are victims of this stuff. That video is good too, and explains a lot about how this stuff is organized, but not so much about the technology or how to defeat it. The US Army, US AirForce and Navy along with the NSA and CIA are also using this technology for drug smuggling operations to fund 'black budget' projects and also just to line their pockets.
