Great that you want to buy a house…my advice after losing 2 the same way is…buy a house on your own…so it's yours, that's what I'm doing right now…only took me 2 houses and 30yrs to figure that out.
As a resident of the great state of Ohio I fully understand that no matter how much I try and protect myself from losing everything to a woman that the system is 100% against me and she will get to keep everything no matter what.
The fuck do I care though. -

I'd much rather move now than wait until Biden dies and Kamala becomes president only to make things that much worse.
And at the end of the day(mortgage) I plan on kicking it there for a long long time so more focused on my happiness than saving some shekels.
I feel a little bad that the kid will have to go to Rosa Park's Learning Center but it's better than her having to see drunk Mexicans pissing me off every day. -

At first we didn't want to ask for their appliances and they didn't have them included but then we decided what does it hurt to ask so we did and they said we could have them but then they hit us with "oh but the ice maker is broken" and so we had to send the contract back again saying that we in fact do want the broken ice maker with purchase of the house.
But it is all good.
The owners are older and asked for a couple weeks to move which we agreed too because I need a couple weeks as well (I mean not really because I didn't even unpack from moving last time).
Anyways, hoping to have the keys and be settled by Thanksgiving. -
