The cost to demolish was $17million and since it had been over half a century since there was any use the city decided to use common sense and invest $80million into restoration.
With that $80million they did a science experiment to find out they should buy yellow paint and then used volunteers to paint the restroom underneath the towers "American cheese yellow".
Having completed painting the restrooms all the money dried up and nothing more has been done except an arson attack. -
