WAIT A MINUTE!
That's not what happened.
What happened was Ghost played Hypixel cheat mode so long that when we went and started fresh on a 1.19 server he had completely forgot how to play.
I spent last night making buckets for him, and building us a simple shelter while he ran around going "woah, have you seen these caves?".
Damn cave update was 2 friggin years ago.

I believe our closing date on the new house is November 9th.
The contract gives the current owners 2 weeks after closing to be out of the house.
My girlfriend signed away her house on Friday and we have until December 5th to be out of it.
This weekend we have started packing stuff up so that it's not one big disorganized last minute rush in what could very well be snowy weather.
Tomorrow (Monday) the home inspector is coming to do his job and our fingers are crossed that everything checks out.
Also, looks like our mortgage will cost $2k a month.
Yikes.
I've reached out to every single person I know to be awake and not one answered.
Fuck me I just gulped so much coffee.
What am I suppose to do now?

The lender called and said "there was an increase the days before everything was all set up that she didn't know about" and so our 6.1% interest rate is now 7.7% (its a conventional loan) AND then she said that when she estimated our closing costs she "accidently" rounded down instead of up and now they are a few thousand more.
For fucks sake.
