But anyways, we just have to send them back the contract which we keep slightly altering to gain a better deal.
At first we didn't want to ask for their appliances and they didn't have them included but then we decided what does it hurt to ask so we did and they said we could have them but then they hit us with "oh but the ice maker is broken" and so we had to send the contract back again saying that we in fact do want the broken ice maker with purchase of the house.
But it is all good.
The owners are older and asked for a couple weeks to move which we agreed too because I need a couple weeks as well (I mean not really because I didn't even unpack from moving last time).
Anyways, hoping to have the keys and be settled by Thanksgiving. -

The previous owner was a technician and its so big and fancy with oodles of storage.
I could fit all of Kansas in my garage and still have room to park. -
