   It's true they haven't been used in nearly 60 years and yes the city considered demolishing them at one point.
   The cost to demolish was $17million and since it had been over half a century since there was any use the city decided to use common sense and invest $80million into restoration.
   With that $80million they did a science experiment to find out they should buy yellow paint and then used volunteers to paint the restroom underneath the towers "American cheese yellow".
   Having completed painting the restrooms all the money dried up and nothing more has been done except an arson attack.

    Removed the psu.
    Found the blown capacitor and luckily it's not even necessary as it's a line enhancement capacitor.
    Also found an unhooked cable. It's the one that says 115 on it. Maybe that goes to the monitor 🤔
