2 diamond hysters.. sounds pretty crazy, they just pulled over this UPS truck and just started firing knowing there was a hostage and riddled the ups truck with bullets some of the bullets exited the UPS truck killing a 70 year old man that was just tryinng to go home to see his wyfe.

However when it comes to pipelines there is no "west". Europe and America are divergent.
Europe wants cheap gas, while the US wants to hurt Russia, despite this being really hard to do. Europe is the US's bitch. This has even led to Europe importing natural gas from the USA, despite the obvious inefficiency of doing so.
Also why would Russia want to bridge themselves and Africa? Africa is in general an energy exporter, and their needs are fairly modest.
Pipelines take a lot of work and planning. Sometimes they even reverse flows, depending on where demand lies. Their capacity is limited. They aren't just magic teleportation devices.
Africa is a rapidly developing nation and will need gas. It's also part of an infrastructure initiative that China and Russia have been doing in Africa for a whole now. They want it to be the next manufacturing state, and they want political clout. You can already see NATO support edging east. Plus a lot of corrupt leaders are giving them fantastic deals. Like how Somalia gave out 31 fishing licenses to Chinese companies, with one of them being COFA which represents over 150 Chinese fishing companies. Literally just selling out their land.
Russia is also funding nuclear plants in Africa, which... I don't even know. They recently gave Egypt 29 billion to do so. They're helping a bunch of nations do this. There's a list here.
Russia and China just want as much influence as they can. America gained influence through military means, but they're going for the economic victory.
I mean did you not see blackface at the Chinese New Year Gala a few years ago? Straight propaganda (only accidentally racist) about how they need to work with Africa. A Chinese man married an 'African' woman in it. Most watched Television program in the world.

every fucking day and night my mind wanders into the same recurring thoughts like: dying in my sleep, a truck tire exploding and braining me while driving beside it, neighbours/co-workers spying on me etc
these are all followed by the predictable snowballing anxiety, causing physical responses, causing more anxiety. frustration, anger and bitterness are usual accompaniments.
im in my mid twenties, near perfect health. dying in my sleep is FREAKISHLY unlikely.. etc.
these thoughts are not rational, theyre old and i'm too aware of them, so why won't they go away.
to no success i assumed, and remedied as if this was a byproduct of: -boredom -overwork -level of intimacy -lack of trust -little excersize -undiagnosed medical problems -drug use -diet
doctors are done with me, and irrational anxiety is wrecking my life.
if the medical system has already given up, what are ways for you to unfuck your brain?
