I do the fasting thing relatively regularly. The last time was back in October I went about 7 days without eating. I just had a conversation with someone this morning about fasting for the next 2 days because I felt a little stodgy.
I have insomnia so sleeping is a precious gift when it occurs for more than 2hrs at a time.
